Lorcrimar Marbella is 15 minutes walking distance from Puerto Banus harbor.
Surrounded by various golf courses and tennis courts.
Very beautiful area and family friendly. Wonderful nature and beautiful mountains around.
Much to do as golf, tennis, fishing, hiking, biking or get to several wonderful beaches located nearby. Shopping Centre La Canada is 3 min drive, as well as Marbella. 4 Bikes free for the guest!
For guests arriving late we can arrange a welcome "package" containing: Dark or white bread, butter, ham, cheese, tea, coffee, milk, juice, water, etc etc .. or what the customer wants!

We have just returned from a fantastic 7 days at this fab apartment. Spectacular views from the terrace and well maintained grounds. All mod cons and easily within walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location.

“Locrimar IV apartment puerto banus”
Couldnt fault this wonderful apartment Everything in the cupboards you will need, spotless and felt like a home from home, but in the sunshine! Outdoor space is great with very comfortable seating, surrounded by lovely gardens and great pool. Great restaurants within 10 mins walk and only 10 mins stroll to the sea. We just loved it - thank you

The apartment nice but wouldn't go back. Welcome host rude and needs a personality check. This attitude after travelling near on 8 hours we did not need. We landed at 10:30pm we were welcome to sue with a very rude attitude shouting at us because she was inconvenienced with travelling to and fro to apartment Got the worst welcome in 8 years of coming to Marbella. Word!! If this is an inconvenience then don't allow late arrivals and early departure. We been in the holiday trade for 30 years never ever once gave a holiday maker this much frosty welcome. Will not be returning
Owner's reply: Thank you for your review. I am sorry I am a little slow to respond, I have been waiting for Sue to return from her Holiday, to hear her side of the story. I am very sorry to hear that you felt that Sue was rude, & shouting when you arrived. Sue assure's me she was in no way rude, or shouting, as you suggest, but did inform me, after your arrival, that it wasn't a very pleasant meeting. Having worked with her now for 1yr, & 7 month's, I trust & respect her honesty with me, whatever the situation. As you can see from looking at other reviews, she is only ever described as being very helpful. I know that she contacted you, prior to arrival, to advise you that she would be meeting you with the Key's, & asking you, to advise her of your flight timing's, inform of any delay's, & asked that you call, as departing the airport. I believe you asked if she could get any item's of food in for the Family, as you would be arriving late, & she very kindly said she would, which she does very often, out of her own time, at no cost to the client, & she asked if you could be specific, about what you would like her to get in, but then you changed your mind, & said you would get your own food item's in, if there was a nearby petrol station, or shop that would still be open. She also asked if you needed an address, or detail's for the taxi driver, but you advised you had been there many time's, & would be hand luggage only, so should be at the apt by 10.30pm. The landing time of 9.30pm you gave her, was actually incorrect, your actual landing time was 9.10pm, & then the flight made good time, & landed at 8.50pm. As you will know if you are in the Travel Industry, accurate detail is most important, particularly as it has a bearing on other appointment's surrounding your arrival. I am then informed that you sent Sue a text to say you had landed, followed by a further 8 text's, asking if there was a reception where the Key's could be collected, & it didn't seem as if the taxi driver knew where he was going, amongst other thing's. You didn't actually inform her you were leaving the airport, so knowing that hand luggage only, & getting a taxi, normally take's 1 hr to arrive at the apt, she set off to let you in. At 10pm she called you to find out where you were, & at that point you were only just passing Mijas, so she returned home, & asked you to call her, once you were at the urbanizacion. Your final arrival time was 10.15pm. My property manager does not have a problem meeting late arrival's, & when she finally met you, she asked what the problem had been, & why it had taken you so long to arrive from the Airport, which turned into a bickering match on your husband's behalf, & she actually said, that it was late, & let's not get into an argument about the situation. Your husband then told her, to tell them what she needed to tell them, a get out of the apartment. Would you not consider that rude? On the day before you departed, you asked about locking up, & where to leave the key's which had already been explained to you, & you stressed that you weren't happy about nobody locking up, but it had already been arranged that a neighbour would be lock up, following your departure at 7am, & this was explained. Sue still maintained her professionalism up until your departure, & texted to say, she hoped you had, had a great holiday. WHY DID YOU WRITE that you land 10:30 pm??? You landed 8:50pm!!! At the end of the day, all the Tripadvisor Reviews you read, whether they be about a Restaurant, or a Hotel, or Accommodation, or Resort, however good the Restaurant etc..., there will alway's be 1 bad review, by somebody who doesn't have the same opinion, or views a situation differently...
If you want to stay in the exclusive Puerto Banus, this apartment is perfect. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (bath), a very nice kitchen, living room with dining area and also an incredible balcony with dining area, lounge furniture and sun beds and a barbecue for lovely bbq evenings. The apartment is equipped with exactly everything you need. Microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach and the wonderful promenade. Taxi to the port costs about 8 euros, but it is also good to go if you so wish. The property owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with, called and checked that everything was fine and everything worked. The apartment was nicely cleaned and prepared for our arrival. Incredibly nice to be able to leave the untidy well, it's probably a lot to think about on departure. I will in future always recommend to friends and family who will go to Spain to rent this apartment. When we go back, it's an obvious choice of who we hire, and where we go :) Julia

“Lovely appartment, great location”
We stayed for 5 days at the apartment, the terrace is a great space and all seemed new inside. Very well equipped throughout..... the only downside was that the pool was NOT open, and all the gates were locked, the surrounding gates were not very appealing at all either, very annoying as it was hot weather... Also no sunbeds at the pool

We had a marvellous time this Days!! Beutiful apartment and so Lovely area. It was very closed to Everything, and the terrace was so great and huge large. Sun all day!

“as good as it looks in the pics”
nice apartment approx 15-20 mins walk from the beach, and about 40 mins walk from a large supermarket in Puerto banus so a walk there then a taxi back (under 6 euros) with your food. the apartment is clean and quiet, makes a nice change from the hustle of the town centre. there's a bus stop just over the bridge which will get you to Marbella for 1 euro 25. I stayed with some friends and we all liked the place and the area, sunset with dinner on the balcony is the best bit. if it's a nice quiet holiday you're looking for with easy reach to shops, Puerto banus and Marbella then this is for you. I found the price reasonable too.
