Description

This spacious 188m2 duplex with 3BE/4BA with 3 terraces in east and west direction with sun all day. It has just been renovated during april 2017 with new fresh white paint, furniture and appliances.

Its located just 15 minutes walking from the famous Puerto Banus and beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants, shops. Close enough but not too close to be disturbed by the nightlife and hustle. No less than 8 golf courses just minutes away (Golf valley). This area with more than 300 sunny days per year stays open and active all year round, also during the winter time.

It’s the ideal apartment for family vacations and it has just been renovated with new fresh white painting april 2017, 43" HD TV, new furniture, beds and bedding, etc.

The upstairs has the Dining- and Livingroom with a fireplace and two white italian leather sofas, a 43" flat screen TV, optic fiber with 130+ TV channels in many languages and superfast and reliable Internet access with our own private Wi-Fi free of charge.

Furthermore there is the kitchen, Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus a guest bathroom with shower. There is a very spacious terrace with a barbeque facing east towards the sea and Puerto Banus. From the kitchen and Master Bedroom there is another terrace facing west.

Down stairs we have two bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom and another bathroom with shower and another terrace facing east

The apartment is fully equipped with all the usual amenities, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, hairdryers, etc.

There is secure private underground parking with elevator access and 24/7 hr. security guard which are on hand to call a taxi if needed.

The pool is only 20 meters from the front door! The complex has 3 swimming pools and 1 children’s with gardens, plus lifeguard during the summer months.

Gym, Spa, sauna, indoor pools, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants are within 5 to 15 minutes’ walk.

At the entrance of the apartment there is the Pasta Cafe and the famous La Sala restaurant 10 minutes’ walk and 15 minutes’ walk to the popular Ocean Beach Club. There are sports bars with big screens within 5 to 15 minutes’ walk.

There is a bus stop at the entrance of the complex if you wish to have a day out to Marbella or elsewhere. The casino is just 10 minutes’ walk away.

For golf lovers we are in the middle of Costa del Golf with 50 golf courses along the coast and eight (8!) in the vicinity; La Quinta, Club de Golf Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf Club, Dama de Noche, Golf Rio real, Santa Clara Golf, Santa Maria Golf Club, just to name a few.

Every Saturday morning within 5 minutes’ walk is the market for shopping.

If you arrive late we supply the option to stock the fridge with the basics to start your holiday if you like. Such as a welcome bottle of Cava, tea and cookies, coffee, milk, juice and bottled water to get you started. We can also warm up or cool down the apartment before your arrival. I f you would like a transfer from the airport we can arrange that too. Any requests are welcome.

All our guests so far have been very impressed with the apartment and we have reviews posted with trip advisor, worth a read.

Getting around

If you have a rental car we have our own private parking space in a secure garage below the buiding with elevator access to the apartement. There is a bus stop just outside the entrance and of course taxi if you would prefer that.

Interaction with guest

You will recive a broshure with all information after full payment of your stay. We have a local professional caretaker that will meet you at the front of the complex with the keys and give you a quick tour of the apartment and let you get on with your vacation. They will also assist you if needed during your stay.

“Home from home”

This is 2nd time staying in apartment, it's a great size, very comfortable surroundings, very accessible to all local amenities and the port. Have the choice of three pools and having a 24 hour secure front gate offers great security. Peter who is the new owner is very friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely come back. Home from home!

“Amazing”

Had a great stay here !!! Glen was soooo helpful and always replied to anything I asked so quickly! We arrived about 10.30pm and he was there to greet us and show us around ! During our stay we managed to leave the apartment with no keys ! I called Glen and he came within the hour to let us in! We were also allowed to stay on till 7pm on day of departure as no one was due in! The apartment itself is gorgeous and well looked after ! There are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - each with a shower ! So there would be no waiting around .. The TV has all channels which was good for us as 1 of our party can only handle so much sun! It is a gated complex with security on site 24 hours ! It is like 7 mins walk to Puerto banus and 5 euros in a taxi ! There are 2 supermarkets like 5 mins walk away if that! We stocked Up on the €1.65 bottles of cava !!!! All in it was a great holiday and a great apartment ! Thanks for everything again Glen !!

“Lovely Clean Apartment”

We have just returned from five days staying in this lovely apartment. Glen the owner came to meet us to give us keys and show us around. The fridge was stocked with essentials and he gave us a key to the underground private car park for our hire car. He couldnt do enough for us and text us half way through the holiday to make sure everything was ok. The apartment is about a 15-20 min walk into Puerto Banus but there are some lovely restaurants and bars near to the apartment. Would definately recommend and will be returning if the future.

“Fab Apartment in a great location”

We rented this apartment for a short break and it couldn't have been a better choice.Glen the owner made us feel very welcome and couldn't have provided a better service as a host. He even filled the fridge with all of the basics for our late arrival which meant that we could have drinks on arrival and for breakfast including chocolate pastries which we thought was very thoughtful. Our late flight meant that we did not arrive until midnight and Glen met us as promised at the apartment to let us in the garage and he then gave us a full tour of the apartment and explained how things worked. He also kept in touch by text to make sure that everything was ok which was a nice touch. The apartment was very spacious and was very comfortable and it had everything that you need for a great self catering holiday. The kitchen was very well kitted out and the 4 bathrooms meant that we could shower without having to wait. The balcony was huge and we regularly had breakfast at the table in the early morning sunshine. There was a lovely pool area with sun beds as well and there are a number of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment as well a a couple of decent size supermarkets. Puerto Banus centre was a 15 to 20 minute walk and you have access to a larger number of restaurants and bars as well as good shopping facilities.i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to both couples or families and Glen was a fantastic helpful host

We were met at the apartment by the owner ,who had kindly stocked the fridge with essentials.it was a perfect apartment for our family of five ,very homely & in a great location 15/20 mins from the beach & the port .had everything we needed for a great holiday,will definatley return.

Being a regular to Puerto Banus I've stayed in a lot of different accommodation's in the area, even other apartments within this complex but I have to say without any doubt this has the be the best one i've EVER stayed at! Right from the very beginning of booking, Glen the property owner made the whole process so straightforward and was always so quick to be on hand if I had any questions at all. Most property owners choose to either use a property manager or send keys etc by post but Glen was there at the complex ready and waiting for us on our arrival and even helped us carry our rather healthy luggage to the apartment (all being girls we never travel light)!! We were then given a tour of the apartment and shown how to use all the amenities, and he had even been to buy us some goodies which were stocked in the fridge :) The apartment it's self was ideal, complete with three lovely sized bedrooms, four bathrooms (again good for us girls) and a beautiful balcony with a view right to the port! There was even a gas BBQ which Glen showed us how to use so we enjoyed that one evening, with a jug of sangria!! The complex is also lovely with a choice of a couple of swimming pools with ample sun loungers and a real mixture of guests and they have 24hr gated security, with the security guard being helpful enough to order us taxi's of an evening. So all in all a perfect stay, we will 100% be contacting Glen about another stay in the future , i only wish we could have stayed longer!!

How do damage deposits work?
