Description

The villa is situated in an attractive location only 100 meters to the beach and a 2 minute walk into the town centre where you will find a large range of shops, restaurants and bars.

This modern recently refurbished house offers a total of 4 bedrooms and maximum comfort to its guests whilst enjoying your holiday in the North of Mallorca. The house is split into 3 floors ; On the main floor you have the brand new kitchen fully fitted with everything you need that is joint to the large dinging room and living room. leading down the corridor you reach 2 of the 4 bedrooms, 1 of these is a double bed and the other has 2 singles. There is also a family bathroom. From the dining room there are stairs leading up to the other 2 bedrooms and family bathroom. A the end of the corridor on the main level you come across the steps leading down in to the best area of the house. This is the private sun trap courtyard with private pool and artificial grass flooring stacked with table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. The added bonus of this level is that there is a large 10 person dining table, toilet and a large kitchen so you do not have to go up to the villa whilst enjoying this area. All in all this recently refurbished house is comfortable and will make your holiday cozy and unforgettable.

Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)

Please note: Engaged with local incentives to lower energy savings all air conditioning units are on timer and available up to 12 hours.

very close to supermarkets ,restaurants ,marina and beach .Apartment has good space and is ideal for a family but restricted if 3 or 4 young children as bedrooms on 2 floors .It worked well for us as both parents and grandparents went with 4 children between 2 and 8

How do damage deposits work?
