Description

This newly restored mediterranean vacation home is a charming town house located in the marine area of Puerto Pollensa, at the heart of the old seaman neighbourhood just 100m from the beach. The mediterranean style house all on one level, is bright and decorated with light and friendly colors.

You enter the house directly into the lounge. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday and to prepare nice dishes for your loved ones.

Down the corridor there is 2 light and airy double bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to the third bedroom which is spacious and equipped with twin beds. There is air conditioned/heated in the two double bedrooms and another air conditioned/heated in the lounge which also covers the third room.In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.

From the friendly lounge with nice sofas, flatscreen and international channnels you will access to the comfortable dining room, which leads to a patio with a BBQ, perfect for dining " al fresco " and to prepare nice grill events with friends and family. This holiday home has a private parking and another toilet with shower next to it.

From here you can walk to the beach and in the evening and participate in the numerous activities the town offers or visit the restaurants and bars

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the beach or for the more active ones to enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants. There is a Supermarket near the house and a big grocery within 5 min walk.

Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation.

This villa can welcome babies. It has two baby cots and two high chairs available at no extra cost. Extra ones can be placed on demand.
