A path through the gardens leads up to the Centro Comercial with its shops, restaurants and discos.

So whether you want to laze on the beach, to eat out and club all night, or to have an energetic holiday it's in the ideal location.

The bungalow has three twin bedrooms, a lounge with kitchen area and two bathrooms and will sleep up to seven (there's a sofa-bed in the lounge).


The kitchen equipment includes a washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle and an iron. If you want to keep fit while on holiday, and the bungalow is right next to the swimming pool (shared with the other bungalows in the complex).


The bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, satellite TV, wifi, air conditioning in all rooms and in the lounge. The terrace is equipped with 6 sunbeds own bungalow (not the pool area), barbecue, tables and chairs, along with pool view.

Easy access without stairs. Pets not up to 5kg, and cats accepted. Kitchen Equipment: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich-maker, kettle.

Laundry room: Washer itself. Pool Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Cleaning: 2 times a week. With changing bed linen and towels provided, remembering that the bungalow has extra clothes possible contingencies.

Private parking a few yards, gardens, beside the new Angry Birds of Puerto Rico, new construction and unique in Spain.

“Great Villa”

Ernesto there to meet us, great bloke. Showed us round villa, photos dont do it justice, loads of room for 4 of us. 6 would not be any problem. Clean and spacious. Large veranda with large dining table and chairs and large umbrella. 6 sun loungers as well. Pool right beside villa also with loungers. Water very clean in pool, virtually our own pool as only see 4 others use it in the week were there. Location of villa is very central and close to all Puerto Rico shops, bars and restaurants and only 5 minute walk to beach. All in all we will definitely book with Ernesto again if we return to Gran Canaria.

Myself and a group of friends stayed here during March this year, the bungalow and complex were excellent, including location, cleanliness and comfort. Initially we had an issue with having only 1 set of keys and 1 of the air conditioning units was defective, however the owner Ernesto had resolved this the next day, which was great. The biggest disappointment on arrival was that the swimming pool was empty for cleaning / maintenance and was not available fully until the day before our departure !!, having mentioned this to Ernesto, he did sympathise and apologised, however there was no offer of any compensation for this rather important and disappointing let down. Further to this, the patio furniture was new, but clearly not of the greatest quality, and during the course of 2 days, 3 of the chairs broke under the weight of a normal size man !. All of that said we still had an excellent holiday and loved the bungalow, to the extent that i privately emailed Ernesto stating how much we would like to re-book the bungalow for next year at the same time, but did ask for some re-assurances, particularly around having the pool available for the whole of our stay. i did also suggest that he may wish to offer us a small discount as way of goodwill. Some 2 months or so further on and i have heard absolutely nothing from Ernesto, which is hugely disappointing, and on the face of it, a bit disrespectful considering. I am hopeful however, that this has been an oversight on Ernestos part.

the bungalow is idealy situated in a fantastic area couldnt hope for a better place to stop so quiet and relaxing close to all amenities ernesto was very helpful from the moment he met us off the transfer which he organised spotlessly clean with alovely private pool will be booking again thankyou ernesto

Stayed at isla margarita no 10 in Puerto Rico Gran Canaria We had a great stay here the bungalow was absolutely fabulous everything you could want spotless clean excellent location and Ernesto was so accommodating and very friendly would highly recommend this property

This bungalow sleeps 8, air conditioning and Wifi. Loveliy and clean throughoit, 2 bathrooms washing machine. Large patio area and BBQ. There's a shared pool but we had it to ourselves most days. Perfect location across road from commercial center and 5 minuets walk from beach. Ernesto, the owner met us st the apartment he was very friendly and explained everything to us. Will definitely stay again

Ernesto met us at the house & gave us a quick tour & showed us how everything worked. Location is right beside the shopping centre with all the shops restaurants & bars you could ever need. The beach is about a 5\10 minute stroll away through a tree lined walkway from the bottom gate. There's car parking space at the top gate if you rent a car for exploring. The roads in Gran Canaria are outstanding & nowhere is more than an hour's drive away. We used Plus car, can be booked online & there are no hidden extras, all insurances are included & the office is on the main road at the opposite side of the shopping centre. A car is definitely not needed though & there's a hyperdino a minutes walk away. The house itself is fab, all rooms had ac & all the mod cons in the kitchen came in handy. We had a problem with the AC in one room & the fridge wasn't chilling properly on the second night, I sent a text & Ernesto turned up 30 minutes later with a workman & it was all fixed in the morning. Excellent service. The loungers were a real plus to our holiday. No getting up at 7 to put towels out & the pool was barely used during the day as number 10 is the only holiday rental. We normally don't cook on holiday but the BBQ was great & we used it a few times. Beds were very comfy & there are 2 big sliderobes for storage. It's a great house in a great location & I can't wait to go back. Can't recommend it highly enough. Thanks Ernesto

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
