Description

A Luxury two bed apartment, which can sleep up to 4 plus baby (in travel cot) there is also A camp bed for a older child. Has a double room with en-suite, a twin room. Family bathroom. The apartment has been equipped to a high standard and tastefully decorated, it has a fully fitted kitchen area with cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, blender, 'George Forman' Grill, washing machine and ironing facilities. Hairdryer and straighteners are provided. Linen and all towels including beach towels are included. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, Air-con units in both bedrooms and lounge. There is Wifi throughout the apartment and a Wii games console with games, board games, books, DVD's, CD's. We also have children's buckets & spades, our apartment is toddler/ child friendly.

There is a smoke alarm fitted in the apartment. The complex is gated and has electric gates to your own private parking space by the main door. There are security doors to the apartment block, with an intercom system, A swimming pool with a beautiful waterfall, a childrens play area which is just outside the complex. Everything you need is within minutes of the village, bars, Resturants and supermarket, the Dhekelia road is approx 2km away, this has many bars, restaurants to suit all tastes. There is a blue flag beach approx 1500 metres away. The apartment is perfectly located, just far enough away from the crowds but close enough for you to access all the activities you wish including, Larnaca marina, Access to the North of Cyprus is minutes away from the apartment, offering you the beauty of the North. The night life of Ayia Napa is a 20 minute drive away or the beauty of the Troodos mountains just an hours drive.Although a car is recommended so you can explore the beauty of Cyprus.

“Delightful location really peaceful, lovely apartment a real home from home.”

Ideal location quite and peaceful with easy access to all of Cyprus. Apartment and pool were lovely very spacious and comfortable. Amy was very helpful and neighbours were lovely.

“Very nice apartment and pool, but isolated location”

We loved the apartment and pool. Pretty, big apartment and balcony, everything we needed was there. The pool is beautiful and very quiet. There are a few playgrounds, nice with our almost 2 year old son. Amy was very helpful, a good owner!! We rented bikes to get around, so we could go to the beach easy. We were disappointed with the environment. The apartments are quit isolated and there isn't pretty nature around. A 30 minute walk brings you in Pyla, but there is nothing there. To the beach is better, nice restaurants as well, but I missed the nice atmosphere of a village. Definitely a place to hire a car if you want to get around.

“Perfect, holiday home”

When we booked the apartment, Amy the owner emailed us and said she was on site in Cyprus, which was great, so if there was any questions that we had we only had to ask. We decided to hire a car but didn't know who to use, Amy was able to give us the email of a company that she uses, they meet us at the airport. We got directions to the apartment, and it only took approx 20 minutes. We was meet at the apartment by Amy, who showed us around. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. There was a information book which had everything listed including a list of restaurants, and a list of upto date DVDs, which we tried a few of both The apartment had everything needed for a holiday apartment we did joke it had everything needed to live there which we would have done . The balcony was very spacious with some lovely lanterns and fairy lights which looked lovely in the evenings sitting with a nice glass of vino. The swimming pool was a beautiful crystal blue colour, some days we was the only people there but it never got very busy, the local C.T.O beach was nice, we also drove up to konnos beach near Ayia Napa that was lovely they had lots of water sports, but you have to get there early as very busy. We will definitely be booking again, as Amy was a fantastic owner and the apartment was just perfect. Thank you for allowing us to rent your apartment . Xxx

“Modern, spacious and well equipped apartment”

I booked this apt 3 weeks before we went and the service I got from the owner was quick and helpful. It is a lovely, spacious apt in a very quiet part of Pyla. A car is an absolute must as there is only one small shop within walking distance. The beach is just a short drive away and you are just minutes from the main road which takes you all over the island. The apt has all the mod cons you need for a short stay. It is extremely well equipped for a 10 month old baby and totally safe. There is even a little park across the road with swings etc for all ages. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing to use. There were 5 adults and a baby in my party and the apt was a good size that we weren't in each others way. I would recommend this apt if you want a nice quiet base to explore the delights of Cyprus.
