Description

Located 15 minutes north of Qualicum Beach. Over 3000 square feet of West Coast living situated with the Strait of Georgia right at your door step. We can accommodate up to 14 persons in our four bedroom, three bathroom oceanfront home. Combined with the adjoining resort we have over 300 feet of secluded beachfront which is perfect for weddings or reunions. From early September to mid October anglers from around the world descend upon our shores for the pink and northern Coho salmon runs. Chest waders or belly boats are all that is necessary for an extreme day of fishing. Large clam and oyster beds are just seps away to pick a fresh feast of shell fish, Licences are required. A canoe,two kayaks and row boat is included to explore the shore line. Gather your family and friends for a game of boccie, badminton or crochet on our half acre landscaped grounds. Relax on the roof top patio to observe the eagles soaring while listening to the sounds of the waves. Cozy up around the fire pit or slip into the oceanfront hot tub to experience the star lit nights as the cruise ships pass. We provide all the comforts of home including laundry facilities, full kitchen, barbecue, wood stove, stereo, DVD, Cable TV, high speed Internet, and pool table. You can enjoy beach combing, bonfires, clam digging, oyster picking, and salmon fishing or rent a boat and tour the islands. View an abundance of marine life including blue herons, bald eagles, seals and many other species. The home is centrally located for day trips to many points of interest including skiing at Mt. Washington, horseback riding and cave spelunking at Horne Lake Provincial Park. A Golfer's mecca - there are sixteen courses within an hour's drive, offering a challenge to suit any skill level. September to June; ONE NIGHT FREE (some restrictions may apply). Sorry but we do not allow pets. Smoking is allowed outside only. In addition management is on site 24 hrs at the adjoining resort for any of your questions or concerns.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Carolyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
