Come stay in our beautiful beach home in the waterfront development of Qualicum Landing. Experience this luxurious 1500 sq. ft. home and the fabulous amenities and activities the area has to offer.

Wake up to the sound of the sea and go for a stroll on the 500 feet of walk on waterfront minutes from your doorstep – watch the sea lions playing in the bay and the eagles soaring above. Come back and enjoy your breakfast on the patio. Maybe if you’re feeling energetic, a round of golf at one of the many nearby golf courses or perhaps a game of tennis at our onsite tennis/pickleball court. After you’ve worked up a sweat, join your neighbours in the oversized patio pool steps from our home. Read your book and relax or head out for an afternoon of exploring nearby Coombs Country Market and see the famous “goats on the roof”, or poke around the quaint town of Qualicum. Perhaps you’d like to go horseback riding or fishing or kayaking. If you’re enjoying a winter getaway, Mt. Washington boasts fantastic conditions and less than an hour’s drive up island! While you’re out, visit one of the local fishing docks to pick up your dinner if you didn’t manage to catch your own! After cooking up a feast on the gas barbecue provided, take your beach towel and your nightcap and head over to one of the two outdoor hot tubs. You’ve earned the soak and it will relax you so you can come back home to play a game or two of scrabble or dominos with the family or take your marshmallows and cocoa down to the firepit on the beach to wind up the day. At Qualicum Landing, the possibilities are endless.

This home has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom upstairs with king bed; single over double bunk beds upstairs and Queen sized bed on main floor. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub upstairs and bathroom with shower downstairs. A large counter height table in dining room seats 8 and 4 more stools at the breakfast bar. We've tried to think of everything for you to enjoy your stay, right down to some games and puzzles for that treasured quality time with your family.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
