As a guest once said about my loft, "CHARMING is an understatement." Outstanding views! This very cozy, spacious and nicely furnished 1,100 sq.ft (100 m2) loft is a corner unit on the fourth and top floor of a quiet building with elevator. This natural light-flooded corner unit with direct views of the mountain, sunsets, the Esplanade Park and the Parliament (National Assembly) is only steps away from the Plains of Abraham and close to all sightseeing and tourist attractions. Many windows on both sides, spacious, very comfortable and nicely furnished. Located inside the walls of the old town, this loft with stone and brick walls, pine floors, exposed beams and open ceilings on the mezzanine floor is full of character. You will feel right at home here.Wake up to the clip-clop of horses on this prestigious cobblestone street, within the old city walls. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of character with stone and brick walls, pine floors, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Queen size sofa bed in living room. Bedroom on mezzanine with comfortable queen size bed, walk-in closet, computer desk. Air conditioning. Cable "smart" TV and unlimited secured Wi-Fi.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Odette (the owner) a message.

If Odette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
