Description

Located in the heart of the famed radium hot springs is this 2Bdrm family getaway. The greatest part of this condo are the breathtaking views of the Rocky mountains and big horn sheep which are often seen grazing tamely around Radium.

Our full kitchen offers the ability for cooking fresh meals or you may choose to dine at one of the many great local restaurants! All shops and stores are only a min walk away.

Lastly, retreat to your large master bedroom for some rest and relaxation or escape to the patio to enjoy the breathtaking mounting views!

The space:

Relax on our spacious outside patio with a gas BBQ, or in the cozy open concept living space which houses TV and cable. When you book, you will have access to the secure underground heated parking. Inside the condo you will find a king size bed in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The Second bedroom has a queen size bed & there is also a queen size hide-a-bed (with a 3inch Memory foam Mattress topper) in the living room for extra guests. There is a washer and dryer for you to keep your clothes clean, and many linens and towels for you to make your stay feel like you are at home!

The Condo comes stocked with everything you need for your vacation from Guide Books to plan your excursions to condiments, linens, towels, soap, and full kitchen appliances & Tableware.

All you need to bring is your personal belongings and food!

•Be respectful of our neighbors—quiet time (11 pm to 7 am)
•Please ensure that the door is closed securely upon exiting. Please pull handle and press lock button

Why can't I call Trent (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Trent (the owner) a message.

If Trent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
