Every area of Sharm is easy to reach by permanent cheap shuttles and taxis directly in front of Delta.

The apartment is orientated south which means the terrace is in the sun from dusk to dawn. It is at the first floor of a Mexican style house overlooking a swimming pool and surrounded by exotic gardens.

Ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends.

3 of the 11 swimming pools are less than 50m from the flat.

Recently built (November 2004) fully equipped apartment: Satelite TV, DVD player, laundry washing machine, iron, safe, 3 remote controlled air conditioners. The kitchen is also well equipped, and we can send you the complete inventory if you wish.

The flat has six sleeping spaces, divided into two large beds and one sofa bed. There are two large bedrooms, one medium reception/TV room, one kitchen, one bathroom, and one large terrace with 2 tables and 4 chairs, to have drinks, dinner, or just to relax in the sun or in the mild evenings.

There are 12 swimming pools in the Delta Sharm resort (one heated), jacuzzis, a fitness centre, a beauty centre, several restaurants and bars, a playground, a zoo, a bank, a doctor, a pharmacy, 4 grocery shops that are happy to deliver, car rental agency, travel agency, 3 cybercafés, barber, hairdressers, telephone shop, etc.

You will be astonished by the beauty of the tropical vegetation, lakes, bridges, and gardens of Delta Sharm. There are many accessible towers to enjoy the view of the entire resort and its surroundings.

You will have access to towels, sunbeds and parasols around all swimming pools, including waiter service.
There are many animations for children, families and couples around the main swimming pool.

Thanks to all the onsite facilities, you will never have to leave Delta Sharm if you dont want to.

“home sweet home ....”

I spend 2 weeks at this location. i had really appreciate the quite of the residence, the apartement is confortable withe a great terrasse for having a loving experience of breakfast and diner with a nice view close to the swimming pool. Rooms are large and air conditioning is well functioning. Lot of shops & restaurants at the entrance and Old market & Naama bay are just 10 minutes by taxi or mini bus i highly recommend this apartment, and i will return to enjoy Sharm again.

My family and I have stayed hear several times since 2008 and have always found the apartment very clean and comfortable. Its great having the full size cooker, if you wont to make a special meal and dine on the balcony, which we do often when staying for a month or more. The owner and the lady who looks after the apartment are both lovely and very helpful and accommodating, nothing is to much trouble. ( I have stayed in other apartments on Delta, but have had owners or there reps trying to rip me off , bonds ect). We always have a great time staying in this apartment and would definitely recommend it. Delta Sharm is a lovely resort very green with beautiful swimming pools.

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour dans cet appartement à Delta Sharm. Il est spacieux, bien équippé, avec de très grands lits. La terasse au dessus de la piscine est vraiment très agréable pour se relaxer, prendre l'aperitif, ou dîner entres amis ou en famille. Au sein de la résidence, il est idéalement situé, proche des activités et de nombreuses piscines. La résidence est très bien entretenue et bien garnie de toutes sortes de végétation tropicale. Nous avons bien pu profiter de la salle de sport et du spa, mais aussi des nombreux restaurants et cafés de la résidence. Nous esperons pouvoir y retourner bientôt...

We spent 2 weeks in this great place! Sharm is a great place. It offers a large variety of entertainment and activies (diving & snorkeling, hiking, desert escapes, fishing apart from the obvious sunbathing on the beach/pool. The Jost place is a top accomodation. The resort has several of different pools, restaurants, bars and cafés to make you feel comfortable and safe. Trips to the city center are easily arranged by taxi or minibus. The city center offers a welcoming charm of arab culture including many tradtional restaurants, but also has top noche night life spots, bars and clubs. The appartment itsself is large, clean and very comfortable. Aircondition in every room, a nice big terrace to sit on and socialise in the evenings. The apparment is right next to a quiet pool (not the busy main pool) providing a superb location within the resort. The contact to the host was very easy and we felt everything had been taken care of. We would come back any time.

The apartment is very well located, in a cute open air residence with many swimming pools of different shapes and ambiance, floating bars and a welcoming employee team. I could do diving lessons on one of the most beautiful spots of the city, which was near the apartment, and I really enjoyed the flat, which was very clean, calm, and spaceful. Mr. Jost, the owner, was always happy to help. Thank you for this wonderful holidays and see you soon!

great stay! The location is very central and easy to access. An awesome way to live sharm less as a tourist and more like regular visitor, nice for both couples and group of friends. the swimming pools of the resort are amazing, the restaurants and services offered are a true comfort.
