Description

Welcome and dobro došli in Razanj, Croatia We welcome you in our holiday by Ute and Ivica Strikic. You will spend your holidays in a clean and comfortable apartment overlooking the beautiful turquoise sea. Each apartment has a living area with fully equipped kitchenette, a quiet bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore, you can use satellite TV to air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. In each apartment, smoking is not permitted, but the balcony offers beautiful sea views on. You will be nothing missing from the equipment. Only please bring your own towels for the stay. We invite you to relax on our chairs under olive and palm trees or to spend the night at social gatherings at the barbecue. A parking space for your car is also available. Once you leave the garden, you just have to go down a few steps and you are on the beach to cool off in the crystal-clear, clean sea in the secluded bay Stivanica. In the off season September through May, the price of an apartment at 65,00 € / night. In the peak season in June through August, the price for an apartment at € 90.00 / night. For the final cleaning we charge € 30.00 one time. We ask you to pay on site the day of arrival. We wish you a wonderful holiday with us.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ute (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
