Description

This spacious and well appointed Townhouse (end unit) is located in the quaint prestigious community of Canal Corkran. Walk/bike to most attractions, restaurants and the beach. After a fun-filled day on the beach, on the bike trail, golfing, or shopping at the outlets, take a dip in the pool and relax the late afternoon away.

The open floor plan starts with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, new appliances and granite counter tops…. to a large dining area and cozy family room with a fireplace and HDTV…. which steps out onto a ground level patio with still more seating and even an outdoor gas grill. Enjoy the views of the beautiful landscaped gardens and pond. It's so relaxing...

3 Master suites:

1st floor suite – king bed w/ full bath

2nd floor suite – king bed w/ full bath, crib and outdoor deck

3rd floor suite –queen bed w/ full bath

Additional 2nd floor bedrooms w/ shared bath:

1 bedroom w/ queen bed

1 bedroom w/ 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds)

Bring your own Bed linens, SHEETS, TOWELS, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mats etc. Kitchen towels also needed.

Linen service may be sub-contracted through local company.

WIFI service (WiFi Internet Service is unavailable November through April)

Pack & Play, High Chair & Stroller are also available

You are about a 25 min brisk walk to the beach, but if you don't feel like walking you can pack the car & park close to the beach. We recommend the relaxing North or South shores of Rehoboth.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
