Additionally, Villa Vasilios is a part of the complex “Aria Villas”, consisted of three Villas in total.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Villa Vasilios boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 en suite bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
This luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite contemporary interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay.Two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, the former featuring one double bed and the latter with two single beds, (that can be joined and form a king size double bed), both with direct access to the outside pool area with comfy sittings. Additionally, both of the bedrooms provide en suite bathroom, with an overhead rainfall shower with cabin.
The further two bedrooms of Vasilios Villa are located on the first floor, both of them featuring two single beds (that can be joined and form a king size double bed). The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. Both of the bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, with an overhead rainfall shower with cabin, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration, as well as direct access to balconies. A few stairs downwards guests will find the last bedroom of the Villa, featuring two single beds (that can be joined and form a king size double bed). This bedroom also boasts en suite bathroom, with an overhead rainfall shower with cabin.Moreover, gym equipment is available on this lower level for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday…exercise daily using the treadmill, elliptical machine, spinning bike, multi -station machine, weights and exercise ball! Guests will also find there a football table for endless hours of fun and relaxation! A 50’’ smart T.V is also available! Enjoy!
Outside: Villa Vasilios is set in 300 m2 outdoor area, with a 36 m2 private swimming pool (1,40 metres deep). The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (gas) are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely outdoor dining area!Last but not least, for families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor playground in a 40m2 lawn covered area is available for our younger guests, featuring a slide, a seesaw, a swing… promising a romantic luxury escape where flower children can waltz freely to the rhythmic beat of their untamed hearts. A ping pong table is also available outdoors!
For Relaxation: Lovers will relish lazy mornings entwined between the sheets gazing out to the shimmering countryside views. Fall asleep to the sound of the cool breeze and gaze out to the enviable olive grooves and sky views..
Practicalities:There is free parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 2 cars, as well as free public parking space outside the Villa for more cars. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryers (5), kitchen utensils, open plan fully equipped kitchen!
Your Home Stay Includes: Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner. Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week. Baby cot and high chair available upon request. Pool and garden cleaning twice per week.
