Luxury 2 bedroom plus den furnished suite in Richmond including hi speed wireless, hd tv with full cable and movie channels, music and video library, phone, dvd player, blue ray player, stereo, luxurious linens, towels and down duvets, full kitchen with full size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee, coffee maker, lots of condiments, toaster, all pots, pans and silverware. The suite is quite luxurious with lots of room, approx. 1150 sq.ft., and everything new. Each bedroom is large and has a comfortable queen bed and lots of closet space. The den can double as a 3rd bedroom and comes complete with a double size high quality Sealey pull out hide a bed including a comfy down duvet. Also comes a desk/work station, in suite washer and dryer, 2 separate private entrances, huge private back yard, private parking, large patio with furniture, and outdoor gas barbeque. The large dining table can seat up to 10 guests comfortably. The huge table provides a great atmosphere for hosting family reunions when visiting relatives in town. The suite is conveniently located on No. 5 Road close to Hwy. 99 and Hwy. 91 for easy access to Downtown Vancouver (25 min.), Vancouver Airport (10 min.), Surrey, Burnaby and Delta. Great neighbourhood too! It's a 2 minute walk to public transit on Cambie Road, easily connecting to the Canada Line about 8 minutes by bus, 2 min. walk to fruit, vegetable and grocery market, 24 hr. Shopper's Drug Mart, lots of restaurants, banks, bakery, and all essential services.Tennis courts, walking paths, park, and playing fields are also within a 2 minute walk of the suite. The pictures do not compliment the suite, it is even better, very clean, spacious. My husband and I were visiting my mom which lives in Richmond for her birthday. We had family over on the Saturday, and the huge table sat all of us, with all the food we served, after we barbequed steaks. We sat out in the back yard and sunned ourselves, while reading a book and drinking coffee. When we got there it was later in the evening, and only a few blocks away we were able to get items for our breakfast, and get a bite to eat. Easy to find from the airport, and all areas of Richmond.

We rented this suite for two weeks. Two adults and four children, aged 13, 10, 4 and 2. It's the lower left quarter of a fourplex, with the owner's suite upstairs. Suite must be well soundproofed - we heard absolutely nothing from neighbours beside or from upstairs, so we didn't worry about our kids being a little noisy. Comfortable beds, spacious well-thought-out layout, HUGE backyard and a park for the kids under a block away. Insuite laundry is a lifesaver for two weeks' travelling with small children. Centrally located, less than 30 minutes by car (less on transit) from downtown Vancouver (barring traffic) and anywhere else we needed/wanted to go. Would definitely rent again. Great value for our dollar.

"A feel like home suite"

I think this suite is comfortable, and it has a private kitchen and washroom, everything is private. Peter is a kind gentleman, and the price is reasonable when comparing to other rentals, my priority of choosing location is safe, clean, comfort, private, and reasonable price. Peter's suite both meet my needs. My parents and I both enjoyed the stay in this suite, and we will recommend to our friends, if they want to stay in a feel like home suite.

How do damage deposits work?
