A 3 spacious bedrooms with two full baths brick ranch Bangalow on a big tree matured lot with an in-ground heated swimming pool nested in the most prestigious and serene area in Richmond Hill.

A big private yard and Patio deck at the back of the house with kid's playground, barbeque & HEATED swimming pool with free WIFI, movies, parking will make your stay FUN and UNFORGETTABLE .

Nested in the most prestigious area of Richmond Hill among multi million dollars built houses and very large properties. Only 25min drive to Downtown Toronto. It is really like a cottage in the city with all the action and attractions just nearby.

The home is great for families or groups of friends for short-term rental who are visiting Toronto.

Within 25 minutes of most major Toronto attractions and a 15 minute walk to public transit, this home has the privacy of a summer cottage and yet the convenience of a central city location which you can call a cottage in the city.

Nestled in Toronto's northern suberbs of Richmond Hill, this 3 bedroom home has a spectacular backyard and swimmoing pool, perfect for entertaining and family enjoyment. The location has easy access to the 407 Toll HWY , the DVP and HWY 400 to get you to your destinations should you be driving while visiting here. Pearson Airport is 20 minutes along the highway as well.

Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, washer/dryer, dedicated BBQ area with a propane BBQ for outdoor fun and entertainment by the pool.

This home is a rare find in the Greater Toronto AREA(GTA). The finished basement features a play and exercise room. Fenced in Backyard with Patio furniture and BBQ and kid's playground .Please note that the backyard is fenced and there is also fencing immediately around the pool area.

BEDDING

- The master bedroom has a queen-size bed

- The other two bedrooms can sleep 2 to 4 kids or 2 to 4 adults (standard mattresses).

- The house is great for 2 adults + 2 to 4 kids or 6 adults, but we can fit up to 8 adults using inflatable mattresses in the basement bedroom.

AMENITIES in this area are a great plus.

- 5 minutes from Canada's Wonderland and Vaughan Mills mall for some great shopping .

Also, washrooms featured with bath towels, hand towels, facecloths, and bathtub and shower mats.

The kitchen features four appliances ;a fridge plus an extra fridge in the kitchen's basement, electric stove with oven, dish washer and microwave . Self-contained kitchen also includes cookware, glassware, flatware and utensils, toaster, rice cooker, kettle , dish ware, heavy gage cookware, pool towels, dish and laundry detergents, soaps and shampoos and iron/ironing board.

Wood or Log fireplace in the living room if needed.

We really take great pride in our vacation home and know that you will love the stay in it as well. It is a really great space to stay and has all of the things that you need.

Treat it like your own home. Absolutely,no smoking and no pets in the apartment is allowed

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 10am. This allows us time to clean the apartment in time for new guests who may be arriving the same day. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis only. On Check In I will walk you and your guests through The apartment and provide you with a guided tour of the amenities and systems. This will allow the guests to be aware of the condition of the furniture, furnishings and condition of the apartment.

This is a NON SMOKING unit. indoor smoke alarms will sound.

Pets are not permitted in the rental unit under any conditions

USE OF PROPERTY – Use of the property is for short-term accommodation only, and guests are not permitted to use it for any commercial or business purposes. The premises shall neither be used as a social gathering where 4 or more people are inside the unit at any given time, without prior consent of the Owners.

ON CHECK OUT, I will meet you at agreed time at which point you, the guests, can provide feedback on The apartment, as well as identify any damages or wear and tear having occurred during their stay. This visit by me, the host, is necessary to review the condition of the apartment prior to the guest leaving at the agreed time, and is non-negotiable. Any damages or unreasonable evidence of wear and tear may be subject to being compensated for by the Security and Damages Deposit. If the above process is not followed, the guest understands and agrees that this will impact the return of the Security Deposit.

GUESTS – Occupant(s) assumes responsibility for the behaviour of their guests during this term and any damage to the property, suite and its contents . Should there be a noise complaint during the time of occupancy, or any violation of the above stated conditions, the Owners, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and regain possession without providing compensation.

If the owner receives a noise complaint during the occupants stay, the owner will retain the occupants damage deposit.
