Description

The apartment is situated in a peaceful small village of Risika, on island of Krk in northern Croatia. Island of Krk is the largest island in Croatia, and as such the only one connected to the mainland with a bridge, so there's no need to use the ferry. It's ideal for getting away from city noise, yet there's plenty of scenic countryside and cultural content to visit.

It's most commonly reachable by the car, but there's also an airport on the island.

Apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom and is fully equipped: WI-FI, sat tv, air condition, oven, stoves, coffee machine, water heater. If you have a need for washing machine, we will be glad to wash your laundry for you. There's a private parking.

Apartment's windows and balcony provide a wonderful view over some of the mainland rivieras.

What to do on the island of Krk?

Upon arrival, me and my family will be more than happy to pinpoint your map with nearby points of interests and direct you.

You're young and looking for nightlife? Nearby towns such as Malinska or Krk (20mins by car) offer abundant nightlife during the summer season. Well known nightclubs are 'Boa' in Malinska and 'Jungle' in Krk.

You're bringing kids? Whether you're on a family vacation or not, every visitor of the small village of Risika is delighted with a local lovely sand beach(and the crystal-clear waters of Adriatic), unique and only of that kind on the island, specially enjoyed by kids. See pictures.

You enjoy good wines? Autochthonous and delicious local wine 'Zlahtina' which grows in the nearby fields in Vrbnik is your first stop, just 5 km away.

You're an epicurean? We'll make sure to direct you to all the local restaurants, so you can enjoy the taste of healthy Mediterranean cuisine, including tasty oil of Krk's olives, delicious wine and the rest of local specialties.

You're an adventurous type? Swimming, diving, cycling, windsurfing, water skiing. All available around the island in the towns like Njivice, Malinska, Krk, Punat, Baska.. A wealthy nearby cave 'Biserujka' is adjusted to tourists and offers a wealth of cave decorations - calcareous sinters, stalagmites..

We can also suggest you some hiking routes.

You enjoy history? Historically rich old centers of towns like Krk and Vrbnik with nice museums will be an eye candy for you.

Our family also sells our own high quality olive oil.

How do damage deposits work?
