Hilltop Condo # 1 is not located on the ocean but does have a lovely view of Penobscot Bay. Located on 34 acres within the Village of Rockport condominium community, there are numerous hiking and walking trails, a pool and pool house with workout room, grill area and much shared outdoor common space. Hilltop Condo is located midway between the towns of Rockland and Camden with easy access to all activities. This unit has many windows, is classic in style and has a natural rock wall within the living area!
Enter from the front porch into the living room and onto the open dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has lovely cabinetry; is fully equipped and has all new appliances. Off of the kitchen are the 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 1 shared full bath. Off of the kitchen there is a small patio with patio furniture.
Pets: Please ask about pets.
Additional amenities include: Shared pool, work-out room, town water, ironing board and iron, washer-dryer, starter supplies and linens provided.
