The whole family can spread out throughout the property and enjoy all of the amenities of home, including a ping pong table, a private pond, a fire pit, and so much more!

When you enter the home, you will be overcome by the gorgeous 180-degree views. The many windows allow natural light to pour in and offer splendid views of the water and surrounding trees. The open living area with vaulted ceilings lends to the spacious yet comfortable feel of the house.
In the family room, you can relax on the plush couch or in one of the 3 armchairs while watching your favorite show on the flat-screen cable TV or enjoying the CD or DVD collection. From there, make your way into the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and prepare a delicious dinner for everyone. Take a seat at the dining table set for 6 and enjoy dinner with a view!
When you're ready for a little recreation, head to the basement where you'll find a ping pong table, dartboard, cable TV and stereo, popcorn machine, bar with sink and icemaker and seating for 3, sofa and recliner, and a glass top table with 4 rattan chairs. For older or wheelchair-bound guests, an elevator may transport you from the main level to the basement. Younger visitors can also congregate in the upstairs loft, with comfy seating and a table to play games or just “hang out.” From the basement, you can step out to the patio for a family barbecue with an outdoor table and 6 chairs, a gas grill, and a charcoal grill.
The best view in the estate is on the upper deck with plenty of seating and panoramic views of the surrounding area. Or relax in the solarium on the main level and use the telescope or binoculars to get a closer look at passing sailboats and schooners. Visit the den or library for some quiet time away, or use the well-equipped office downstairs to get some work done without distraction. Take a soothing stroll around the 5-acre property featuring several gardens and even a private pond where you can take a seat in the outdoor chairs or make s’mores in the fire pit.
After a full day of fun, you'll have your pick of the 5 bedrooms in the home. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, private entrance to the deck, flat-screen cable TV, and an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Dive into the king-sized bed in the second bedroom and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The final 3 bedrooms each feature 2 twin-sized beds with two of them offering direct access to the patio. Additional sleeping can be found in the den and the family room.

Although it may be tough to leave this exquisite property located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, there is a myriad of things to do and see in the area.
Visit the picturesque Rockport harbor for gourmet restaurants and charming art galleries. Be sure to stop by the statue of Andre the Seal, a local favorite that used to spend his summers in Rockport, or check out the Curtis Island Lighthouse which was first established in 1835.
A short drive south will bring you to the seaside town of Rockland. Here, you can make the mile-long walk out to the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse, which was established in 1902. If you want to learn more about the local lighthouses, you can by check out the Maine Lighthouse Museum. There are dozens of restaurants, shops and boutiques on Main St, as well as the acclaimed Farnsworth Art Museum. For nightlife, visit the Fog Bar with live music in the evenings. See a movie at the historic Strand Theatre, or try the restaurant Primo, voted Best of Maine; just make your reservations well in advance or enjoy open seating at the bar.
A few minutes to the north is the popular coastal town of Camden, with its many shops and historic opera house and library. You can also arrange a cruise on one of the schooners moored in the harbor, or visit the antique mall or local Farmer’s market.
During every season, there are local events and many things to see and do. In the summer, there are nearby kayak and paddle board trips, as well as hiking on Camden’s Mount Battie, or golf at the Rockland Country Club. In the fall, the views of the leaves turning can’t be beat. In winter, hit the slopes at the Camden Snow Bowl with over 100 acres of ski-able terrain and 20 trails or attend the National Tob
