The holiday house in Manzanita, 45 km from Rome, is an independent studio, very cozy, nice and clean which offers its guests a safe environment for relaxation. In a residential area in the center of the country.

A five minute walk to train station MANZIANA-CHANNEL MONTERANO, which brings you in 45 minutes in the heart of Rome (Roma San Pietro - Vatican City, Trastevere and the historical center). With the same railway line you can reach tourist and spa resorts the shortest time; going north you can reach the beautiful city of Viterbo; ancient Etruscan town rich in history and famous for its Terme dei Papi. Going south you can reach the city of Bracciano, where you can admire the Castle Odescalchi, or spend the day relaxing on the shores of Lake!

Manziana offers valuable naturalistic trails in the Bosco Macchia Grande where you can spend whole days dedicated to wellness and sport with medium long distances to be traveled on foot, by bicycle or on horseback!

At only 5 Km there are the wonderful Terme di Stigliano, charming place in the countryside where you can spend a relaxing day. The spa is equipped for relaxing treatments, sudatory caves, mud baths and spa pool surrounded by greenery!

A few steps away is the public hospital with emergency room.

The presence of children is very welcome and can enjoy themselves in the nearby municipal playground, or just 50 Km from the water park "Aquafelix" of Civitavecchia.

Nearby you can visit the Etruscan necropolis of Cerveteri with its museum or the Canale Monterano Reserve.

For lovers of the sea, 20 minutes away are the beautiful beaches of Santa Severa and Santa Marinella.

The 55 sqm apartment has a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room with sofa bed, TV and an outdoor courtyard of 25 square meters. There is parking space and is heated independently.

It can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 4 persons.

The property is easily accessible from all parts of the city. Coming by train, Manzanita is connected with the railway line from Rome Ostiense or Rome Valle Aurelia (reachable by metro station A). For those arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Rome Fiumicino-Leonardo Da Vinci, from which the underground train you reach the railway Ostiense and from there directly to Manziana (Rome). On request we can also provide transportation service to and from Fiumicino Airport.
