Description

The apartment has an extremely privileged position in Rome’s historic center. It is located in one of the most attractive area of the city, just two minutes walking from Navona Square. The flat is situated in Via di Parione, from there many important historical sites can be reached with a short walk: Piazza Navona (2 min.), Campo de' Fiori (5 min.), Vatican (10 min.) , Pantheon (10 min.), Spanish steps (15 min.)

The flat has an excellent connection with public transportation to all areas of Rome.

This popular tourist area also offers a range of fashionable shops and characteristic eating places as pizzerias, trattorias, wine bars, where you can enjoy the typical Roman cuisine. In the neighbourhood you can find many small and lovely markets and food speciality shops, either there are supermarkets, groceries and bakeries. You can also visit the fascinating open air fresh food market in the medieval Campo de’ Fiori Square, a few steps away from the apartment.

The apartment of 65 square meters (700 square feet) is located on the 1st (2nd in USA) floor of an ancient but recently restored building, it is very private, perfectly maintained and has everything you may need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. It’s a lovely apartment with some antique pieces.

The apartment is composed by:

- hall;

- large bedroom with a queen size bed and ample built-in wardrobes;

- living room with a fireplace and two amazingly comfortable sofas – one can also be used as a queen size bed, the other as a single bed – which means that the flat can sleep up to 5 guests. There is also a dining area with table and chairs neatly placed in the corner of the living room;

- kitchen – modern and fully equipped – with refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, oven, toaster, kettle for tea and coffee, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans;

- bathroom – new and spacious, it has a stand up shower.

The apartment is equipped with:

- heating;

- air conditioned;

- Internet wifi;

- washing machine;

- LCD Television;

- hair dryer;

- iron and iron board.

How do damage deposits work?

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
