This Rome apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful and historic city of Rome, GLADIATORS HOUSE is the ideal place for a full immersion in the timeless fascination of the Eternal City. Decorated in a classical style and tastefully furnished GLADIATORS HOUSE apartment would be ideal for both business and pleasure alike.

THE LOCATION

This beautiful apartment, inside a 5 floors building of the early '900, finely and preciously restored, is located in one of the most ancient roman neighbourhood, the Celio Hill.

Via Ostilia is a quiet narrow and oneway road, with parking restrictions, perfect for tourists looking for a peaceful and easy vacation. The property is located just a very few steps far from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, in a charming area, with lots of peculiar stores, candlelight restaurants and friendly pubs.

The very close metro (Colosseum), the several buses, as well as taxi station (around the corner), the rent-a-bike and the rent-a-motorbike, allow its guests to move around Rome easily and fast.

The apartment is on a very bright fourth floor with elevator, and is suitable for maximum 4 people.

The building has a video surveillance service and a double door access that allow guests to feel 100% safe like at home.

Laundry, internet cafe', supermarket, pharmacy, money exchange, international phone calls point, ATM machine, bank... just downstairs!!!

THE APARTMENT

From the elegant doorway hall you get the elevator to the apartment. A bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with TV and the very comfortable sofa turnable in a queen size bed (160x190 cm) for two people and a fully furnished kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine as well).

All linen is supplied. If you are going to stay longer than 7 days, the bed and bath linen is changed once a week.

WIFI free of charge.

The Host provides the LAUNDRY SERVICE in 24h (washing and drying only, no ironing).

The Host can assist you for the TRANSFERS to/from the airports.

INTERNET MOBILE for multidevices is available for 5 Euros per day.

Getting around

The area is conveniently placed for public transport, with a Metro station right opposite the Colosseum, and is only a short distance from Stazione Termini. It's possible to walk into the Centro Storico or the shopping area of Via del Corso; there are also plenty of buses. Note that the main road past the Colosseum and Forum is pedestrianized. Just one block away from the University of Notre Dame du Lac.

Interaction with guest

Please be aware I live in the same building and this means: 1) NO waiting time at your arrival (i.e. "the host has been stuck in the traffic jam"); 2) NO panic if your flight delays; 4) ALWAYS available to assist you if something doesn't work properly.

How do damage deposits work?
