Located in Manziana about 45 km from Rome and 20 km from the sea. The Cottage is virtually in the center of the country. A 5-minute walk away is the RAILWAY STATION MANZIANA-CHANNEL MONTERANO, which takes you into the heart of Rome (Roma San Pietro-TRASTEVERE-and all the HISTORICAL CENTER), with the same railway line are easy to reach Viterbo (The city of Popes), Bracciano and its spectacular Castle Odescalchi.

The House in Manzanita is the ideal location to visit Rome and have a chance to relax and enjoy both the sea and the lake, both easily accessible.

And 'walk beautiful and wonderful Bosco. The Manziana wood is a protected area and still intact, is equipped to the barbecue with tables to organize the picnic, it is very appreciated by hiking enthusiasts or those who prefer simple walks, great for horseback riding or mountain biking . And 'characteristic for the animals that graze peacefully.

At about 8 km, there are the Terme di Stigliano with spa; about 20 km, free baths of Viterbo, the masses of San Sisto and the Terme dei Papi.

At about 8 km from the Cottage, you can visit the picturesque old town of Bracciano with its magnificent castle, and its typical restaurants, below the Lake Bracciano, where you can relax and swim.

. They are also easy to reach the lake of Trevignano and Anguillara, the magnificent promenade, with its beautiful coast of Santa Severa, L ' "aerial Sacra Di Pyrgi".

 The cottage is detached on two levels of about 90 square meters new and welcoming that can 'accommodate up to 7 people. It is composed of living room, with sofa bed, kitchen with garden; 2 bathrooms, (one downstairs, one upstairs); one double room and balcony. a second bedroom with double bed and single bed and terrazzino.Termo self.

La casa mi ha deluso , era molto sporca , al piano sopra la vasca era tutta macchiata di riggine, al piano di sotto il bagno non aveva bidet . La parte esterna era in disordine .

Owner's reply: Mi spiace che abbiate avuto l'impressione di unz casa sporca, ma lo rappresenterà a chi mi esegue le pulizie che.normalmente mi fa ricevere delle buone.recensioni. Che non cr il bidet nel bagno di servizio è indicato. Le macchie gialle.sulla vasca sono dovute alla forte presenza di ferro nell'acqua. Mi spiace che non sia riuscito a soddisfare le sue aspettative. Saluti
