House surrounded by greenery with its patio, a king size bedroom and a kitchen /dining room.

Live in the quiet of the countryside and be 20 minutes from the city center of Rome! The house is not located in a secluded, but allows privacy for guests

A solution for those who love contact with nature, the owner offers the possibility to provide guests with bicycles. The whole area is dip in ancient Rome: the Scipione's Sepulchre, Cecilia Metella's tomb, San Sebastiano's catacombs, imperial homes such as Quintili's Villa, Massenzio Circus and much more are all very close to the house.

A supermarket opened all day long and shopping area is 15 minutes walk from the house.

The kitchen is fully furnished -tv, oven, fridge, dining table, chairs, bench, pots and pans, cutlery.

A little beautiful garden, ideal for entertaining.

There is a bus no. 765 which runs every 30 minutes and leads directly to the Arco di Travertino or Metro Laurentina metro. Bus 118, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, will take you to the Colosseum and Fori Imperiali area in 30 minutes, passing through the Catacombs and Caracalla areas. House rules

We love animal but there are others villas around with dogs, so we have to know if it's a quite animal, not burking all for everything all day long... Around the house live cats and chicken together quite and peaceful, so your animal should be able to stand the outside situation. We use to bring out dogs for their needs so please don't leave
excrements of your animal in the garden. The dogs should not digs holes in the garden.
