Brilliant location in the centre of Playa Serena, Roquetas de Mar. Playa Serena is the best area of Roquetas. The house is in an amazing location and is 5 minutes walk to the huge beach and promenade, 2 minutes walk to the supermarket, cafes, restaurants, bars and to the bus stop into the city of Almeria. Walk to the 18 hole golf course. Playa Serena is "the place to be" in Roquetas. This is a sunny spacious secure home. It is a 3 level townhouse with 3 double bedrooms set in a pretty, quiet, private complex. Spacious open plan living with a fully equipped, large kitchen and living area. Bathroom with shower over bath.There is Wifi, British Satellite tv, DVD player, sun loungers, board games and books available for use. Plenty of outside space including a roof terrace, garden terrace and parkimg for a car. The house also has a laundry. The complex has a swimming pool for your use. The airport is a 30 minute drive away. This is a whole house and so you have the privacy and quietness that you can not find in an apartment. This comfortable home provides access to everything Roquetas has to offer. We also have a property manager available for assistance if needed. We are happy to answer any questions. Why can't I call Sal (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sal (the owner) a message.

If Sal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
