This luxury four-season timber frame retreat achieves a natural balance of privacy and open space, with modern amenities and a naturally rustic vibe. Situated on 18 acres of forest alongside the serene Parks Creek with a dock and swimming hole. Elopements, business and team building and wellness retreats. Lots of services and experiences. Relax, unwind and explore ... where nature is your inspiration.

Step into this beautiful, natural wood home and you will immediately see why people come back year after year. It's artful layout means that up to 12 guests can be comfortably accommodated in four bedrooms, three of which enjoy creekside views.

A large great room with vaulted ceilings, oversized cathedral windows and a stone fireplace sit at the heart of the retreat and flows into a generous kitchen and a beautiful dining area.

Be prepared to lose track of time in the enclosed porch which boasts a seven person hot tub, swinging bed, and a cozy couch which wraps around a stone fire table. This setting is designed with both intimacy and community in mind.

Words cannot do justice to the pleasure you'll find after stepping out of your hiking boots or skates and warming yourself in front of a blazing fire; a mug of hot cocoa in hand. The great room invites you to choose your favourite spot on the fireside sofa, curled up with a book and those you love at your side.

The beautifully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for culinary brilliance and family feasts can be served with ease at the convivial dining table.

Later, retire to the theatre room which welcomes you to relax on the comfortable, curved fireside couches and theatre seating. Two large double doors give you an unobstructed view of the creek.

In warmer months the deck overlooking the creek is ideal for enjoying barbecues and the large custom made harvest table beckons for you to gather with friends and family to enjoy a meal al fresco.

The second bedroom can either be set up as one king or two twins. Please specify your preference upon booking.

The yoga studio was inspired by nature and designed with self expression and community in mind. Windows facing every direction allow for natural light and a gentle breeze. Adjustable lighting, curtains and a Bluetooth speaker allow you to set the tone for your practice. Halfmoon props, including mats, blocks, straps, blankets and meditation cushions for 12 yogis are included.

Excellent restaurants, golf courses, shopping, wine tours and theatres are within a 20 minute drive of the retreat.

For our guests that are truly looking to indulge, we offer Curated Escapes. Through the collaboration of local entrepreneurs and small businesses, we can create a custom package for you including a large selection of services and experiences.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Becky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
