Come experience the very best Muskoka Lakes Region has to offer. Stay on a completely private! Luxury 4 Acre island! Island includes a 1 Acre mainland with a private parking area, dock, and swimming rock. This 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom, 5000sqft, modern, multi-million dollar Cottage, is sure to make all your Muskoka dreams come true. Located on a quiet spring feed lake, with little boat traffic, the lake & Island offer the ultimate in tranquillity, beauty, and clean calm waters.
The island has a completely private (no cottages in sight) south facing beach with shallow entry and hard packed sand. The beach includes: 2 Canoes 2 Kayaks, 1 stand up paddle board, beach toys, life jackets, outdoor beach bar, beach camp fire, hammock, and picnic table.
The island has a large west facing cliff with 100 yr old white pines, and open lake views. The cliff has hammocks, picnic tables, and complete privacy from the main cottage.
The Terrace has a large outdoor table that can seat up to 24 ppl. Along with beautiful outdoor couches and lounge chairs. Front fire pit offers stunning West sunsets.
The main dock is West facing and equipped with luxury lounge chairs and umbrellas. Experience the beauty of your own dock side waterfall and splash pool. You'll be Wowed!
Logistics: The island is less then a 5 min boat ride to the main land. The claim lake and short boat rides will ease any concerns about safe travel to and from the island.
Winter Access: Please ask the owners about options for safe winter access.

All Spring, Summer, Fall rentals have the additional benefit of using the Island's beautiful Bentley pontoon boat. Use of the pontoon is dependent upon renter's possession of a valid Ontario boat licence, along with a demonstrated ability to operate the boat safely. (*We can not guarantee the use of the Bentley pontoon boat, in the event of an accident or damages have occurred from a previous renter, the Bentley pontoon may require repairs. In the event the Bentley requires repairs, another boat will be made available to you. All attempts will be made to provide another pontoon boat. this has only happened once in the last 3 yrs)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jason (the owner) a message.

If Jason (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
