The cottage is equipped with modern comforts (oven, microwave, CERAN induction, refrigerator, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.), private parking is attached as well as a garden with table and barbecue.

On the ground floor you will find a large room with seating area, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bathroom with WC. At floor 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.

You find yourself in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, the wonder is nearby, can be accessed through the Polders (land conquered by man over the sea for agriculture), the House of Polders will explain this exciting story. Once you have taken the last dam you will arrive on the herbus or graze the Grevins (recognizable by their head and black legs almost dirty lambs); on your right you will have an exceptional view of the Mont Saint Michel and on your left you will see Cancale.

Access to the îles Anglo-Normandes (Jersey and Guernsey) is accessible from the ports of Saint-Malo and Granville.

Cities nearby such as Cancale, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Fougères and of course the Mont Saint Michel are unavoidable

“Gite a proximate du Mont St Michel”

We had a wonderful stay at this charming gite in a nice quiet area, the property is well decorated with comfortable furnishings.The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed and have everything you need for your stay.Yannick was a very pleasant host providing us with fresh eggs, cider and a bottle of wine to take away at the end of our stay(he speaks good english too which makes life a lot easier!). I would recommend this gite to anyone looking to stay near Mont st Michel which is only a short drive away. Merci beaucoup to Yannick for allowing us to enjoy his lovely gite. Ed
