Little Harbor Beach Resort and Marina located on gorgeous South Tampa Bay in Ruskin, Florida between Tampa, St. Pete and Sarasota. Enjoy this beautiful resort with all amenities including a full service restaurant, Tiki Bar, private white sand beach, beach volley ball, heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis courts, children's play area and more.

This is the perfect place for a quiet get away with your spouse, family or friends. No worries about traffic jams, honking horns or crowds of people. You will be able to watch nature from one of your 4 covered balconies or while relaxing on the beach or taking a walk around the resort.

This luxury three bedroom, three bath non-smoking townhome sleeps up to eight guests. The Master Bedroom boasts a King Bed with high Vaulted ceilings, a Master bath and a spectacular view from the private covered balcony of the causeway and one of two marinas. The second bedroom has twin beds and bath and it too has its own private covered balcony with a view of the bay. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is located on the first floor and has a partial view of the bay and shares a bath. Each bedroom has its own flat panel cable TV!

There is a fully equipped, open kitchen with granite counter tops with 3 bar stools. The kitchen opens into the dining area with a table that seats 6. This area leads out to one of 4 covered balconies with patio table and chairs to relax and enjoy the awesome water views. In addition to the dining area this great open space includes the living area with a sofa sleeper where you can relax in front of the big 42" flat panel cable TV with DVD. This town home also offers FREE wireless internet, FREE local phone calls, a washer and dryer and if all of this isn't enough, covered parking. The garage is not available as it is used by the owner.

We are just back from a wonderful week in Florida, and thrilled to report our condo rental was all we hoped it would be! Most of all we loved the view off the balconies, and nothing beat the morning and evening dolphin spottings!! It was tranquil and beautiful, and provided a place for our family to unwind with lots of comfortable amenities. The condo itself was well stocked with necessary kitchen items and the furniture was comfortable and inviting. The patio furniture on the balconies was functional and used to soak up as much outdoor time as possible...We loved our stay, and thank-you so much for renting this wonderful unit to our family!! Little Harbor is excellent for it's pool and beach: easy to stroll over and spend as much time as desired in the water. The townhome is comfortable and easy to navigate. This vacation was our first real family vacation and this rental couldn’t have been any better! It was me and my husband, our daughter and my mother who came and everyone had their own room and their own bathroom. This was great so everyone had their own privacy at the end of the day! The rental was beautiful from top to bottom and had way more stuff for us to use then we expected! The renters were very easy to speak to and replied super fast which was greatly appreciated. We couldn’t find the right pool to use once we arrived and they emailed us right back. This was a great experience and I would love to come back again next year! I am usually a skeptic when it comes to renting or buying anything online but I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and everyone. Sierra

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
