Description

The Harbor House is a dream vacation home featuring gorgeous weather throughout the year for boaters, fishermen, golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. The property is situated on a deep channel of the Little Manatee River in Ruskin, FL. This relaxing home can be your “home away from home” short term or long-term vacation destination.

The Harbor House is located in the heart of Florida just minutes from Tampa Bay with exceptional fishing all over the Bay, in the Gulf of Mexico or in the Little Manatee River itself. Bring your boat and enjoy the private boat launch directly next to the home. Kayaks and canoes are great vessels to fully enjoy the nature, watch manatees and dolphins and fishing in the river. The private dock can be used for boat dockage and underneath the house provides maximum space for vehicle and boat trailer parking.

The Harbor House is directly between the nightlife of Tampa and the beautiful beaches of Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Sarasota and St. Petersburg. We also are in close proximity to many major golf courses on Florida’s west coast as well as all the Disney attractions.

The home is a three-bedroom, 2 bath stilt home nestled right on the river bank. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river or a relaxing evening watching the water go by. It’s a fully furnished home with kitchenware, linens and new stainless-steel appliances. There is a king bedroom, queen bedroom and bedroom with twin beds with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include washer/dryer, cable and Wi-Fi, central heat and air, a grill and garbage pickup.

We are pet friendly with a $50 fee (small dogs and cats only). Must be 25 years old to book and must stay at the home for the duration of the rental. We have snowbird rates if you are interested in renting four weeks or more – message us for rates. Additional fees/taxes may apply.

Area attractions include Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, The Dali museum, delicious restaurants, harbors, pier fishing, parks, golf courses and beaches. There are also local beach rentals such as jet skis, paddle boards, paddle boats, parasailing, etc.

How do damage deposits work?

If Dee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
