Waterfront Pool Home - Real Florida Landscape! Boat Dock with Water Access to Tampa Bay - Gulf of Mexico. World HUGE Bedrooms, large open kitchen, huge screened patio / lanai plus large open backyard with playground. Great fishing off the dock, kayak or nearby. Fire Pit, BBQ, Small Home Gym. Boat Rental available from nearby marina (1 mile). Kayak free for use during stay. Huge bedrooms + kitchen! Quiet Nature preserve area, lots of privacy. Come and discover the REAL Florida Salt Life!

The Space:

Real Florida Home - Waterfront and a brand new POOL! Screened Lanai with a huge grass yard facing the water. Beautiful waterviews and lots of peace and quiet! You can kayak over to Little Harbor to sit at the Tiki Bar or Fish in mangroves nearby. You can take a larger boat out to Tampa Bay and to the Gulf of Mexico or Beyond.

Guest Access:

Boat Dock, Pool, Kayak (free), BBQ, waterfront restaurants nearby, you can kayak to Little Harbor, use the fire pit, or just relax in the Hammock. Tampa is a 20 minute drive, Sarasota is 25 minutes, Bradenton is 15 minutes, St Petersburg is 25 minutes or cross the bay by boat. Go to Cirlces Waterfront Restaurant, lots of local bars and restaurants and plenty to do that is authentic Florida. Lots of fishing off the dock or in the area. Some seasons allow for bird hunting.

Other Things to Note:

The Property is conviently located between Tampa, Sarasota and St Petersburg - this area is often referred to as the golden triangle because you can easily access all 3 places. There are also plenty of locally owned bars, restaurants, and shopping in the area which I will provide a list to guide you to the best spots. You can rent a boat nearby at Marina (1-2 miles drive by car but closer by boat) and then park it in the covered dock if you would like. There is great fishing off the dock and in this entire area. The home is in a nature preserve. 2 BBQs, Highchair, Pack and Play and stroller all on hand along with a cooler.

You need a car in this area to fully enjoy. If you have a boat you can also get around by boat! There is a kayak that you can also use for free to fish or get to little harbor Tiki Bar.

We are local area residents. We live about 5 miles away. I like to provide my guests with privacy; however I can also be available to provide guests with area information or assistance whenever needed. We love this area and will provide any assistance or information needed to enable guests to fully enjoy their stay and get the most out of this authentic Florida Pool Home.

House rules

The home is not suitable for large parties (especially at night) as the neighbors just will not allow for this type of disturbance.

Please let us know if you have a pet. There is a modest $25 pet cleaning fee.

You must remove all trash from the home prior to departure.

We strive to keep the home exceptionally clean for every guest.

There is free coffee and tea stocked in the home and the WiFi is business speed levels which is good for streaming devices.

How do damage deposits work?
