Appointed with unique decorations added to the necessities, you will more than enjoy your stay. The location of this Town Home is easy walking distance to the Resort's Private Beach, Restaurants and Pool.

You vacation spot offers you canal side views to relax & watch the boats pass by; During viewing season, you may even see a Manatee or two from the Queen Bedroom balcony.

The open and spacious Living Area offers you comfortable furniture, including a Queen sized Sofa Sleeper, unique wall decoration featuring a Flat Screen Smart TV and a Canal Side Balcony featuring patio seating.

The Dining Area has seating for 6 and a Breakfast Bar with seating for 2. A spacious and fully stocked Kitchen offer you small appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware and flatware you could need are available to make a great family meal or just a quick snack before you head to the Resort’s private beach.

This is an immaculate condo - everything inside the condo is new and pristine. Our family was very happy with our stay there. The balconies in the back have a lovely view of the canal and it is within walking distance of the beach, the restaurant and the fitness center. The King size bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, my husband and I are considering replacing our bed at home with the same bed. The condo is beautifully decorated throughout. If you enjoy the condo as much as we did, you will not be disappointed! Yuri N.

If you are looking for a central location, close to everything (Tampa, St. Pete's, Anna Maria Island, etc) then Little Harbor is the spot for you. This two bedroom townhouse is situation in the beautiful beach side community of Little Harbor, and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The house is absolutely perfect, beds are very comfortable, all the amenities of home. The resort has a great restaurant over looking the bay, a beautiful beach and pool, and other activities for everyone to enjoy. Couldn't have picked a better spot for our family vacation. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
