A406 provides ideal self catering accommodation for couples (can sleep 2 adults and 2 small children), looking for a relaxing beach holiday at any time of the year. The apartment feels spacious, being designed in an open plan lounge, dining kitchen format with archway through to a spacious super king size double bedroom. Foldaway screening is provided to the bedroom access, should privacy be preferred. Furnishings are in light oak with local styling features. Perfect for water sports enthusiasts and scuba divers or just lazing around the pool. Palm Beach Piazza is a small development of 90 privately owned apartments in two low rise blocks around a central reception and garden area. The garden leads through to a delightful pool area and private beach with sun loungers and wind breaks. The pool enjoys all day sun, and features a pool bar and a generous childrens splash pool area. The 'La Piazza' restaurant is adjacent to the pool and a small number of local shops run alongside the development which also has it's own fitness suite (extra cost). A cash machine is located to the side of the building. All holiday guests can enjoy free use of the sun beds and umbrellas by the pool and on the exclusive private beach, which is serviced by Palm Beach and La Piazza restaurant staff.A meet and greet "Airport Transfer Service" is available by arrangement with the owner. This can include a shopping stop on the way to the location, and is operated by a local company who can also assist with regular taxi provision, local excursions to El Gouna, Hurghada, Soma Bay, Makadi Bay, or Safaga. In addition personalised trips can be arranged to Luxor including overnight stays.

A406 has an entrance hall which opens into a generously proportioned air conditioned living area with double glazed patio doors to the balcony. Seating is provided on the balcony for a quiet drink or read, or just to sit and appreciate the stunning views of the bay and arrival piazza.The lounge area has seating for four comprising a 3 seater settee which converts to a full double bed, plus a chair and two matching breakfast bar chairs. A satellite receiver and TV with a DVD player is also provided - along with a small selection of DVDs. A granite breakfast bar divides the fully equipped kitchen, which features a range of cupboards, stainless steel sink, electric hob, combination oven/microwave, and fridge/freezer. An archway access to the large main bedroom has foldaway screens for privacy when required. There is a supremely comfortable - super king size double bed with Egyptian cotton sheets which will be ready for you on arrival. The bedroom is also fully fitted with a range of wardrobes in light oak, housing a personal safe for your use, suitcase storage, a dressing table and large mirror. A door off the entrance hall provides access through to a utility area which also provides access to the shower room with generously sized fully marble tiled walk in shower, a wash basin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and shaving socket/mirror.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the La Piazza restaurant.In addition to La Piazza, there are a range of excellent restaurants within walking distance within neighbouring hotels or the Old Town area.Sahl Hasheesh golf courses are not yet open, however - excellent courses are available at Makadi Bay, or Soma Bay.Horse or camel riding is available locally in Sahl Hasheesh, for all abilities - including for the more experienced, riding through the surf along the beach. Collection is available.Diving centre at the Citadel resort, which is close neighbours to Sahl Hasheesh have an excellent reputation. Will offer transportation (5 mins by car). We personally use DivePoint who are located in Hurghada. Regina runs this most excellent dive centre and will pick you up but it is around 30 mins away.

“Fantastischer Urlaub in Shal Hasheesh!”

Wir konnten 11 wunderschöne Tage in dieser wirklich schönen und toll eingerichteten Wohnung im Palm Beach Piazza verbringen. Super tolle Aussicht auf die Piazza - es hatte immer freie Liegen und Schirme am Privatstrand - Shal Hasheesh ist wunderschön, sauber und wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank Sally! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

This was our second stay at Sal's apartment but it won't be our last! We had a wonderful four day stay over the New Year period. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility of Sal Hasheesh, but equally enjoyed a great New Year's Eve in one of the local hotels.

“Home from home”

The Apartment was lovely, welcoming, and clean, like a home from home. There was a local shop that offered to do your supermarket shopping for you, next day delivery, and a local restaurant la piazza that was friendly and has wifi you could use. It was easy to rent the apartment and Sally was quick to reply to my email enquiry and provided lots of useful information... the swimming pool was great and also the private use of the beach. A beautiful place to stay and relax. Its a little way from Hurghada and I found I needed transport and used luxor-taxi.com to get me around. Highly recommended for a peaceful relaxing break if you like quiet and sand sea and sun :-)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
