NEW IN 2018! Beach side so no busy streets to cross to reach the beach. All 3 floors have large balconies and decks. Only 500-feet from the sugar white sand of St. Augustine Beach, our newly built ocean view home is an ideal place to relax and gather with family and friends. This luxurious 3-story, 3,089 sq. ft. home has an elevator, salt water pool (can be heated), and five covered decks and patios which an additional 1,800 sq. ft. of space to take in the cool ocean breezes. Our home is ideally located on the ocean side of A1A Beach Blvd on a quiet residential street in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just steps to the beach. The house has 3 full bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, plus an additional poolside flex room with super comfy queen Murphy bed. All bedrooms have new 50" flat-screen TVs. There is also high speed wireless internet throughout. Enjoy the ping pong in the garage.

Upon entering the front door, you'll know your vacation has begun! The first-floor poolside flex room is a furnished with a queen Murphy bed, flat-screen TV, granite wet bar, washer/dryer, and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This multi-purpose room is a favorite for many couples, as there is easy access to the pool and outdoor eating areas, just outside the French doors.

Take the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, which is the main sleeping level. The master bedroom features an ultra-comfortable king size bed, large flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and walk in shower. French doors open out to a spacious, private balcony overlooking the salt-water pool. The second bedroom features a king size bed, while the third bedroom has two full-size bunk beds plus twin trundle bed. Both have French doors opening to a large covered balcony. There is also a full guest bathroom in the hallway, with tub/shower combo.

The third floor features a cathedral ceiling, large open kitchen with marble countertops and an island with gas cooktop and seating for six opened to the huge great room. The family/great room features a coastal decor with large, comfortable sofas and a huge flat-screen TV, and glimpses of the ocean through the many windows and from the large attached balcony. The kitchen is furnished with high-end appliances and is stocked with a full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. Don’t worry coffee drinkers, there is a Keurig and drip coffee maker as well. Just off the kitchen is another large ocean view balcony which is perfect for outdoor dining.

The tastefully-landscaped backyard surrounds the salt water pool and covered lanai. A perfect spot to hangout when you're not at the beach and want to still be outside by the water. Getting to the beach is a breeze. Its only 500 feet from the house to the sand, all on a quiet residential street - no roads or traffic to deal with! The house is also very close to numerous top-rated restaurants, and only 5 miles to the shops and museums in historic downtown St. Augustine.

Normally, there is a seven night minimum rental. However, in some months a 3 night rental is possible. Please keep in mind that our 7 night weeks are from 4 pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday so any 3 night rental could be for example Tuesday-Friday, but not Friday-Monday as that takes up 2 rental weeks.

The pool can be heated for $10 per day. A propane grill can be rented for $75 for the week, including delivery and propane.

***UPDATE January 2019***

Tripadvisor Rentals just recently changed everyone's booking/cancellation policy to one that we cannot accommodate (20% due at time of booking, balance due 40 days prior to arrival) and therefor we cannot accept bookings through here. Our actual booking policy is 50% due at the time of booking, with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Reservations become non-refundable inside 90 days before check in. Feel like walking - there are multiple restaurants and bars within a mile of the house. Taxis and Uber are also available. Salt Life Food Shack will even pick you up in their stylist golf cart.

Pool heating is available for $10 per night ($20 if you do not cover the pool overnight). Our house is located on a quiet neighborhood street, with no streets to cross. As a courtesy to the neighbors and to follow the noise ordinance, quiet hours begin nightly at 10pm. Minimum age of primary renter is 25. No parties. Max of 12 people and four cars allowed on the property at any given time. Check in time: 4-10pm.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
