This little house facing the river is a haven of peace. Alone, with family or friends, you will enjoy the view and access to the St. Lawrence River along the proximity of services (bakery and grocery store a few minutes walk) and the center of Quebec (25 min. ).

This house is facing and natural light enters profusely. Hardwood floors.

Common room (open space between the kitchen, dining room and living room) is large and warm. A home theater will be available as well as cable TV, DVD player and Internet.

The kitchen is well equipped and functional. There: a stove, oven, microwave oven, Fridge, everything needed to cook -Instruments, pans, dishes, utensils, spices plus a BBQ.

The two bedrooms are upstairs. They are spacious and bright. There are hardwood floors and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other two twin beds that can be pasted for couples. There is a small room on the ground floor furnished, among others, a futon can turn into a double bed. (We did not put pictures yet because we just install a hardwood floor).

In summary, you will have access to:

The neighborhood:

The house is located on a quiet street (cul-de-sac), close to the village church.

At walking distance, you will have access to a bakery, a grocery, a restaurant and everything you will need.

The Island is a resort par excellence. You will find excellent restaurants and artisan shops (ex .: chocolatiers, sorbettiers, etc.) and artists (sculptors, peindres, etc).

From a culinary point of view, the island is an extraordinary place. You will find:

- Of maple

- Producers of organic meats

- Some vegetable growers

- The blackcurrant producers

- Cider

- Chocolate

- Confiturerie

- Vineyards

- Confectionery

!!! It is forbidden to make fires on the beach as well as making fireworks in the neighborhood. This is a law which exceeded, will charge a fee.


You will need a vehicle to get to the house, public transport on the island is nonexistent.

The house is about 25 minutes drive from downtown Quebec City.
