This house is rented out as an entire unit which has three bedrooms, 1 1/2 batbhrooms, TV room,, satellite t.v. laundry facilities high speed wireless Internet through out the house, and many amenities.Full breakfast served from a menu.

Centrally located between the city of Saint John, and the village of St. Martins,on the scenic route 825,Garnett Settlement Road ,{east}of the city, makes this the ideal spot for a quiet, relaxing, spacious, and not to forget beautiful scenic spot to start your day adventures in either direction. With some of the finest scenery that the local area has to offer, along with the three nearby large public beaches to relax on and the sound of the coming and going of the Bay of Fundy tides, it offers everything that one could want in the way of a vacation near the Bay.

Our house has been in our family for over one hundred years and has been renovated with our guests in mind. A working farm at one time now opens its doors to you and your family to spend some quality time together. Its large country kitchen filled with home cooking, is open all day to guests and they have full use of the facilities to cook their other meals throughout the day. All you need is your groceries and you are in business. I supply a full country style breakfast from a menu each morning with lots to choose from.

Being a Tourist Home means that the guest have the entire house to themselves at night then I return in the morning to prepare the breakfast and do the clean up for the day. I am on site throughout the day with my shop and gallery located on the first level of the house. With over sixteen years of experience doing this, I have met and enjoyed many new guests and see them return, which is always nice to see. I try to specialize in friendly,clean and affordable service and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

The entire upstairs is designated to the guests with a upstairs bathroom, common room with seating and satellite T.V.,high speed wireless

internet along with DVD ,VCR and movies.

Three bedrooms - two with one double bed in each room and the third with a set of twin beds. The lower level has another bathroom, kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer and gallery. There is also a large veranda overlooking the Bay with seating and a BBQ for your use, and back yard deck as well, free off street parking and lots of room for children to play. Come for a visit and experience our friendly Maritime hospitality.

Getting around

You will need a car to travel around this spread out area of attractions. All the bay of Fundy attractions are within a 1/2 hour to 2 hour driving time from my house depending just where you want to go.

Interaction with guest

I am on the premises everyday between 1 and 6 pm, I return each morning to cook the breakfast between 7:30 am. and 10:30 am., then I do the clean up for the day at the house. In the afternoons between 1 and 6 pm. I operate a small shop on the lower level of the house and out back of the house in free standing buildings. This is my art gallery, shop and antiques. If guests are not in by 6 pm. then I ask them to call me or email me or text to let me know their estimated arrival time for that day. I do not live in this house that is rented. I live right next door in my own home now. Guests can come next door when they arrive to get me to let them in for the night and I will go over and show them around and get them settled for the night.

This house is set up very well for families with children. No pets of any kind allowed.Smoking only outside The guests may use the full kitchen to cook other meals in throughout the day. They have to bring in their own groceries to cook with. I provide the full breakfast in the mornings and do the daily cleaning up. House holds upto six guests. crib/playpen and air matress available for a child in room with parents. Shared two bathrooms,living room, wireless internet.satelight t.v.amenities.
