Description

Each Volkswagen Vanagon Campervan rental is fully stocked and ready for an ultimate retro glamping adventure. You simply show up and go without the worry of remembering all the sleeping, cooking, and camping gear. Visit VanGo Auto's website for a comprehensive list of everything stocked in the rental, we thought of pretty much everything to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

The vans have space for up to four adults and an infant or toddler. VanGo has premium gear loaded in each van for two campers at the standard price and can load gear for additional campers if selected in the al-a-carte add-on section. Each rental has been serviced to be safe and reliable, has built-in kitchens, comfortable sleeping spaces, are outfitted with all the gear necessary for an enjoyable camping experience, and offers optional add-on amenities for renters to customize their adventure to their liking. Side note - the "bathroom" is a portable toilet, if desired.

House rules

Must be 25 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. Renters will utilize their insurance as a primary insurance, VanGo's insurance as secondary. A $1,000 security deposit ($250 for a dog) will be charged at the time of pickup and returned upon vehicle inspection. Our package includes an averaged 150 free miles per day package and 35 cents per mile for excess mileage. VanGo is a Midwest experience which is limited mostly to the states surrounding MN & not Canada.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Crystal and Jordan (the owner) a message.

If Crystal and Jordan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
