Nice and large property on shore of Tapani Lake (18 km circumference)

2 bedrooms, cathedral ceiling, very large living room, fireplace in the basement, large screened porch, stove, fridge, microwave oven, washer, dryer, dishwasher, DVD player, phone, high speed Internet, firewood provided for camp fire or fireplace.

Wharf, 14 foot aluminium boat, 4 HP motor, lifejackets.

Ste-Anne-du-Lac is a paradise for fishing (trout, walleye or pike), for snowmobile (FCMQ official snowmobile trail runs right over the lake bording the property), for hunting (big and small game), mushroom picking, hiking, bicycle, etc.

Ste-Anne-du-Lac is the last town north of Road 309. It’s the entry to a huge wild territory of hundreds of square kms.

The 2 large bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. Air mattresses can be provided for additional children.

Fishing season runs from May 20th 2016 to March 31st 2017 on Tapani Lake.

Small game hunting season starts September 10th (zones 11 and 15).

Huge free hunting territory: small games, moose, deer, bear.

Ste-Anne-du-Lac est un paradis pour la pêche (doré, brochet, truite), pour la motoneige (le sentier de la FCMQ passe sur le lac devant la propriété), pour le quad (des centaines de km de sentier), la chasse (petits et gros gibiers), la cueillette de champignons, les randonnées pédestres, le vélo, etc.

Ste-Anne-du-Lac est le dernier village de la route 309. Il est la porte d'un immense territoire sauvage de plusieurs centaines de kilomètres carrés.

Les deux grandes chambres permettent d'y recevoir 4 personnes. S'il y a aussi des enfants, il y a possibilité d'ajouter des matelas soufflés au sous-sol.

La saison de pêche aux dorés et aux brochets débute le 20 mai 2016 jusqu'au 31 mars 2017 sur le lac Tapani.

Ouverture de la chasse aux petits gibiers le 10 septembre (zones 11 et 15).

Immense territoire libre pour la chasse : petits gibiers, orignal, chevreuil, ours.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sylvain (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
