Description

Charming house of 130 m2 with a 150m2 garden around a beautiful fig tree. At the centre of La Noue in a very quiet and wooded environment.

The house was recently renovated.

There is :

- A large living room with a fireplace of 45m2

- Four bedrooms

- A terrace overlooking the garden

- A Kitchen

- Two Bathrooms

- An outdoor shower

- An outdoor dining room

The house is at 2 minutes by foot of the place des tilleuls where you will find a daily market, a bakery, a tobacco press, a hotel restaurant, a fishmonger...

You can access to the beach in 8 minutes by foot (˜ 800m).

“Lovely property in great location”

We had a fantastic stay in La Noue - a lovely village and the house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We hope to visit again sometime.

Our sixth visit to the Ile de Re and probably our best house rental yet. We love La Noue and this house is perfectly located - a short stroll from everything - the main Place with its bars, market and boulangerie as well as a good little supermarket and the numerous sandy beaches. The house is very well equipped and comfortable with great beds and lots of space for a family of five. Lovely garden to cook and eat in, on sunny evenings. We would thoroughly recommend this house and will be booking it again next year. No car necessary - you can cycle or walk everywhere from here. Many thanks to Catherine and family for looking after us. Merci Annabelle and Jon King.

La Noue is a lovely part of the island. Even in the height of summer, you do not feel overcrowded. There is a daily market and a lovely square. For us, the cycling makes the difference and it was easy and cheap to hire bikes. There are good beaches, and many other towns within easy striking distance. This particular house is well and tastefully furnished and set in a quiet but accessible spot. There is Wifi throughout and a front garden, where we ate if we were not eating out (in the town square only 2 minutes away). It is owned by a kind and considerate family who went out of their way to be helpful. Babysitting is available if you want it.

Excellent property and great hosts! The location is great, not too touristy and much quieter than elsewhere on the island as a result. Well furnished with plenty of space and a nice yard (with a barbeque!). The kitchen is well stocked and with the market nearby it's an ideal place to cook after a day at the beach.

A lovely spacious home. Well equipped, very nicely decorated. Great kitchen. Really comfortable sitting area, with TV, DVD player, Wi-fi. A very private garden to the front, with a great long bench table & huge parasol for long lazy breakfasts and a lovely fig tree to relax under. Lovely outdoor area for food preparation/barbeques too.This property is in an excellent spot for enjoying the island. The immediate area, La Noue, provides a fantastic bakery, daily market, good places to eat, bike hire etc all within a couple of minutes walk. The local beach is nice & only 5 mins cycle, 15 mins walk. There are a variety of other beaches a lovely cycle away, or else there is a good bus service which stops close by, if you are holidaying without a car. We holidayed with 3 boys, 14,12 & 6 and we all loved it.. We would definitely recommend both Ile de Re & this property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Eliott (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
