Description

Le Petit Bois is a holiday residence of 11 independent houses ranked *** located in La Noue, one of the most traditional villages of the Ile de Ré. It is close to shops, the sea and many sports activities. A large heated pool from April to October will welcome you for swimming and relaxation. Younger guests can also enjoy some of their leisure in the games room, which includes table football and table tennis. The residence is open from the beginning of April to November. Pets not allowed A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per day and per person over 16 years old.

We have a reception inside the residence and are available constantly. On arrival, we will give you full documentation and verbally give you some useful information about the island of Ré, villages, bike paths, beaches, water activities and sports etc ..

House rules

The pool is heated from the beginning of April, which is unique on the island of Ré. The pool is protected so that children can not get there alone. terraced houses are spacious. Each resident has his numbered parking (parking is located inside the residence and is free).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sylvie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
