Description

This charming house has direct access to the beach Grenettes, well known to lovers of the Ile de Ré. The site classified and protected, shows one of the most beautiful faces.

The site Grenettes, very protected, is located in a wooded area between the villages of Sainte Marie de Ré and Bois-Plage. Between the pine forest and dunes, this is the last property before the beach.

Built in spring 2009 on a plot of 480m ², the house is brand new.

It is organized around a large living room which provides direct access to rooms, garden and patio.

This large room of 60m ² living space meets (two sofas, two armchairs, LCD TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, fireplace, ...), a dining-room dining, and kitchen area amentities (china with gold leaf, large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave ...). The furniture is solid walnut. The utility room houses a washing machine, dryer condensing, and maintenance equipment.

Two windows offer direct access to the patio on one side, the terrace and the garden on the other.

On both sides of the room, you will find 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double beds (200x140cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (200x90cm). For the little ones, 4 baby cots are available.

One of the three bathrooms is also located within one of the chambers

No arguments returning from the beach, no less than 3 bathrooms that await you ...

Do not forget the comfort, they are all equipped with showers "Whirlpool" with hydro-massage, hairdryer, and are powered by two balls of 300 liters.

Accessible by the windows of the living room and from a room, a patio of 70m ² with terrace and garden, facing south and east, promises you relaxing moments.

West side a large garden fully enclosed mature (with electric gate and gate), allow you to park several vehicles, keeping plenty of space to let children run, or prepare your barbecue!

TAXES:

The rent amount is ALL CHARGES INCLUDED (water, electricity, etc ...).

The tourist tax is also included.

HOUSEHOLD COSTS END OF STAY:

Faced with the difficulty of finding staff on Saturday, and to ensure that you find the house in perfect condition on your arrival, we were forced to make a cleaning fee of 80 €, to be paid separately.

You will obviously find in the rooms blankets, duvets, pillows, bolsters and bath mats.

Most of our guests prefer to pay a little less and take their own linen.

We therefore propose the provision of linen (sheets and towels) as an option.

For those who prefer not to bother with this charge, we offer extra high quality linen rental at a rental rate lower than that of pressing:

- 4 bedrooms with 1 bed for 2 people: 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 1 bolster case, 2 bath towels, 4 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 bath mats.

- 1 Bedroom with 2 beds 1 person: 4 sheets, 2 pillow cases, 2 bath towels, 4 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 bath mats.

The price is 60 € per room, for 1 or 2 weeks, unless changed on request.

The provision of linen for babies (sheets and towels) is provided.

Beds will be made by us.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 4pm and departure until 10am. The reservation is effective upon receipt the lease.

6m electric awning. Familial BBQ. Patio and deckchairs. You can park several cars in the garden, and I have a field in front of the house in which it is possible to park a bulky vehicle or boat.

How do damage deposits work?
