The Petit Bois residence is located in La Noue, one of the most traditional villages of Ile de Ré.

It offers 11 houses with a heated outdoor pool, a game room for children and a private car park.

Each house offers :

- 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds)

- 1 living room with a sofa bed

- 1 kitchen corner fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave)

- 1 large private courtyard (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs)

- 1 shower room, 1 wc

- 1 TV + 1 telephone

“Paradisiaque”

Je suis venue plusieurs fois pour découvrir cette île et le temps était superbe à chaque fois (même en avril.... ). Je suis déjà venue quatre fois dans cette résidence et je suis tombée sous le charme de l'endroit (les plages de l'île sont paradisiaques, les dégradés de bleu de l'océan et les ciels majestueux me font oublier le gris Paris ! ). En outre, les propriétaires de l'endroit sont adorables (toujours à votre écoute et d'une grande gentillesse). Les prix sont vraiment très compétitifs à l'aune des prestations offertes (sincèrement c'est rare pour l'île de Ré). Je recommande donc chaudement l'endroit. Les maisons sont magnifiques et bien équipées : les salles de bains sont refaites avec goût, les dessus de lit sont splendides.... Bref, on sent que les propriétaires ont du goût et qu'ils ont mis tout leur coeur dans ces jolies maisons !! À noter : la piscine est chauffée, ce qui permet de l'utiliser dès avril !! J'y retournerai sans aucun doute encore avec plaisir. C'est mon ermitage préféré. L'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer dans un très bel endroit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sylvie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
