Outdoor in ground pool in a large backyard, no back neighbours and lots of privacy. An indoor hot tub, pool table, and wood fireplace.

The perfect spot to reach multiple Laurentians destinations.

In spring, it’s time for all things to thaw and that also means some experiences for those who enjoy whitewater rafting, the excitement of a day’s fishing. Summer watersports, with more than 9000 lakes and rivers. In fall, a cycling tour or a long or short-distance hike might do the trick, transporting you at the same time into nature’s very heart, in all its fall glory. The Laurentians region is the outdoors destination!!

New indoor hot tub lounge is now available. 20 mins away from many ski hill and 2 water park destinations.

North of Montreal, in the Quebec Laurentians, 40 mins from Montreal, 20min from Montreal Premium Outlets, 15 min from PaintBall, and many more fun places to visit.

The entire home and property is for rent, with parking in front can fit up to 3 vehicles in the driveway during summer months, and 3 additional on the road side during non-winter months.

Large yard backed by tree line and a grass farm behind the trees. No back neighbours.

Many birds and some small forest animals stop by such has rabbits, ground hogs. There are no bears in this area.

Wild raspberries bushes all around the edge of property, young cherry tree, young apple tree on the property. Includes a kids swing set.

The private outdoor in ground heated pool has colour lighting which is 6 feet in the deep, and 3 1/2 feet in the shallow end. From May to September only. Closed during the winter months.

Private indoor private spa hot tub lounge with bluetooth speakers, night lights and colour lighting.

Check-in is 4pm to 6pm, if you require a different time, you need to confirm a check-in appointment time at latest 1 day before.

For early check-in, you need to request a day before 4pm, and will get final confirmation on the check-in day.

If booking the same day, we need a 4 hour min preparation time. (example : book at 6pm, check-in 10pm).

SHORT NOTICE BOOKING - Hot Tub may not be to temperature for short notice bookings. Please allow up to 48 hours from your booking to guarantee hot tub to be hot enough to enjoy.

SELF CHECK-IN is available for repeat guests. If we have met you before, you may use self check-in. We'll provide the up to date details upon arrival.

Additional late check-in fees may apply for outside normal check-in times.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Joel & nanz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
