Luxury Apartment on the exclusive Monte Almendros, a few metres walk to fantastic ammenities 2 pools,Tennis, Grassed Football pitch, gym equipment,sunbathing area,seating,shades & showers.Poolside cafe bar(seasonal)

The apartment is totally independent with its own entrance, terraced garden and entry gate, on the exclusive Monte de los Almendros. The house is next to the fantastic ammenities:25 mtr pool & childrens pool, tennis court,football pitch & play areas.Lawned gardens with sunbathing, shaded seating area,sun shades and showers. Literally a few meters walk from the apartment gate, it is completely safe and secure,perfect for families with young children,entry is by key only. The spectacular views will take your breath away, with the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevadas down to the Mediterranean and the lovely town of Salobrena with its medieval castle beautifully lit at night.

There are very limited satellite TV channels since the switch off a couple of years ago (all of Spain and most of Europe) you can live stream TV programmes, netflix or your own favourites. We now have a Chromecast device so you can cast straight from your device to the TV via the Wi Fi, You will need to down load the app and cast from google chrome. (filmon website or app, Worldwide TV and it's free)there is also an HDMI cable link to connect your laptop or tablet device to the television so you can view via the TV screen.You may need a special adaptor cable to connect to our standard size cable into the TV, so check to make sure you get the right size for your device, some tablets require a mini type cable that slots into the standard size. There is a DVD player so please bring your own favourites, The kitchen is new & fully equipped should you want to dine in.BBQ equipment is provided should you fancy the challenge.

The apartment is spacious,light and airy with spectacular views from every room.There are 2 large double bedrooms with good sized bathrooms (master is ensuite)large 2nd bathroom with walk in shower.(sofa bed to accommodate extra guests).

No Stag or Hen parties, unless pre arranged by the owners.Abusive or drunken behaviour will not be tollerated and all guests will be evicted from the premises without refund of monies.

Why can't I call Nicky (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicky (the owner) a message.

If Nicky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
