Well kept apartment standing in a residence with community swimming pools and green zones, in the heart of Salou's animated area, close to the resort's beautiful beaches.

This apartment, bright, stands on the fourth floor of the residence (elevators).

Well laid out and with colorful decoration, it counts with a large independent bedroom with double bed, a big closet with safe and a picture window to get out to the terrace, a complete bathroom with bathtub and washing-machine, an equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, vitroceramic cooktop, big fridge, bar...), leading to a pleasant living room with dining area, sofa-bed and way out to the terrace.

Equipped for a maximum of 6 people, there is a cabin at the entrance of the apartment with bunk beds, this providing comfortable accommodation for 2 more people.

This apartment's terrace is covered and furnished (table and chairs) and allows direct views onto the residence's community area and gardens and lateral view to the swimming pools.

For your comfort, there is parquet floor in all the apartment (except in the bathroom and on the terrace) and a sliding door keeps the bedroom and bathroom separate from the living room and kitchen.

Functional and well equipped, this apartment includes an unlimited Wifi Internet connection as well as the linen (sheets and shower towels) so that you can travel light and you can, if you wish, get the air conditioning, available as optional service.

For stock reasons, it is recommended to confirm parking in advance.

It is part of a big holiday residential complex, completely fitted out with two beautiful swimming pools (a big pool for adults and a second one for children), a children playground, green zones, a tennis wall and a basketball track.

There also are elevators, a lifeguard for the pool from June to September, caretakers, a little bar – restaurant with a Wifi connection on the ground floor of the residence and a little medical centre just next to it.

Both swimming pools are available from 23/06 to 13/09.

In the heart of Salou's animated centre where you'll find all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops, supermarkets, chemists...), this residence stands about 450 metres from two of Salou's main beaches – Playa Capellans and Playa Llarga – and you can easily reach, walking for more or less 800 metres, Salou's main beach – Playa Llevant – with its long maritime promenade, Jaume I, where you'll find shops, bars, restaurants, ice-cream makers, children playgrounds, beach huts in the sand, etc...

You can get there using a footbridge which has now been fitted out a few years ago by the sea, or walking through the main shopping street in Salou (Avenida Carles Buigas).

This is an animated and noisy area due to the many bars, pubs and nightclubs to be found in the surroundings

Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check-in, of 1 Euro per person aged more than 16 and per day, limited to 7 days.

Salou is the most tourist seaside resort all over Costa Dorada, standing in Catalonia, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona with its cultural patrimony classified by the UNESCO.

Deeply appreciated for its climate, its beautiful golden sand beaches, its festive and Mediterranean atmosphere with many leisure activities such as the famous Port Aventura theme park, Salou is today considered as one of the most fashionable seaside resorts all over Spain and, we could say, Europe.

Salou is an extended tourist spot which was developped around an amazing bay with its 8 fine sand beaches and creeks, connected to one another by a beautiful maritime promenade, lined with palm trees and fountains, and counts with different areas:

- The most animated area where you'll find music bars and nightclubs “el centro turístico”, at the end of the bay, in Salou's Llevant district.

- The urban centre, “el pueblo” in Salou's Ponent district facing the sailing port, where most people live all year long.

- the quieter district of “Cap Salou”, on Salou's ledge, in a more natural frame and environment, with pinars and creeks which are connected to Salou thanks to a beautiful pedestrian path “El Cami de Ronda” going all along the sea.

10 minutes from Salou, you'll find the beautiful cities of Tarragona and Reus, nice to discover for their architecture and numerous shopping streets, as well as the seaside resort of La Pineda with its Aquopolis water park and the seaside resort of Cambrils with its pretty fishing and sailing port.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
