Description

Just 10 metres from the sea, Eucalyptus Apartments are part of a new development located in the small, traditional village of Karavomylos, approximately 2 km from the port town of Sami. All our properties boast modern and stylish handmade furniture, separate bedroom, private balcony, air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchen, and access to the outdoor pool. Wi-fi, fresh bed linen and towels and housekeeping twice weekly are included in the price. The world famous Myrtos Beach is a 25-minute drive, while Melissani Cave is a 5-minute walk away. Airport transfers, guided tours, car hire can be arranged upon request.

Covering almost 50 m2, apartment Leyland is a one bedroom property that includes all the home away from home essentials for a comfortable holiday.Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, Leyland enjoys some of the best views we have available. This eastern-northerly facing property enjoys an excellent sea front view and the amazing sight of Ithaca island! Leyland is a pool side apartment, located on the second floor with two balconies overlooking the communal pool area.

The bedroom includes a large double bed, dresser & mirror, amply fitted wardrobe space and patio doors leading to its private balcony. Sea views are available from both the bedroom and the living room.

The open plan living room / kitchen includes a sofa, arm chair, TV, full size fridge freezer, quad cooking hob, kettle, toaster, microwaves, and all the kitchen essentials required.

Air conditioning, sat TV and WiFi are included as standard. We also provide full apartment cleaning twice per week, including fresh towel and bedding replacement. The development includes a communal swimming pool, with sea views and underwater lighting. Free car parking is available around the whole development.

A small pebble beach is available only 10 meters from the complex, a larger organised beach (Karavomylos Beach) is only a 10 minute walk.

Within walking distance, there are several traditional tavernas, a restaurant (the closest only 30 meters away), two mini-market, a bakery and a church. The nearest town is Sami, a 3 minutes drive, or a 20 minute walk along the beach. A traditional port town, with many tavernas and bars, as well as supermarkets, butcheries, green grocers, bakeries, pharmacy, ATM, medical centre, Sami is a starting port point travelling to Ithaca, Italy and the mainland. Also within a very short distance from the development are tennis courts, basket ball court and an 5 a'side football pitch.

In Kefalonia, when you do not lie down on a beautiful beach, you can enjoy various activities, including but not limited to Guided tours across the island and to Ithaca, Snorkelling, Kayaking, Horse/Donkey Riding, Swimming, Wine Tasting, Water Sports, Private boat Rental, Private Yacht tours and rentals, Nature tours, Fishing, Jeep Safari, Mountain - Biking, Caving and the list goes on...

Due to the complex central location on the Island, few of the many places to visit are more than an hour's drive away. This includes Fiskardo to the north (1 hour), the famous Myrtos beach (30 mins drive) Skala (45 mins drive) the capital Argostoli (40 mins drive) and the airport (50 mins drive).

Much closer are Antisamos Beach (15 minute drive), Melissani Caves (2 mins drive or 10 minute walk) Agia-Paraskevi beach (5 mins drive) and the port town of Agia Efimia (10 mins drive).

A rental car or scooter is highly recommended.

How do damage deposits work?
