Animal lover? Come to our lovely 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms home, just 3 minutes from Medical Center

Recently remodeled.

Enjoy the comforts of 2 large and 1 medium size bedrooms, cable TV, WiFi throughout the property, and a lovely backyard where you can relax and enjoy the peacocks and deer.

This house is right for business meetings, a large or small family, individual stay, etc. It's in a lovely neighborhood where deers and peacocks roam freely through and give you an spectacular show.

*3-5 minutes from Medical Center, Walmart, HEB grocery store. Chinese, Italian, Mexican, and American food restaurants, Starbucks and Dave & Buster's.

15-20 minutes from Six flag, downtown, Sea World, La Cantera, Northstar Mall, Airport, etc.

Immediate access to HI10 and Loop 410.

*30-60 minutes to New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Austin. You're in a prime location to see San Antonio and the greater area.

Our Home is a 3BR/2BA, just remodeled. Is very spacious and has a little over 2000 sq ft of living space. Open living areas and fully equipped kitchen, dishes, soap, condiments, towels are provided. Just bring your food and personal items. Washer and dryer available. There are 2 TVs. Wood and tile floors. Fireplace. Fenced backyard. A large parking area and garage.

SMOKING is not allowed inside or outside.

Please place all plastics and clean recyclable TRASH in the blue container outside the garage.

Do not move furniture.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Monica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
