This beautiful Coastline Chalet with its own pool has great ambiance and authentic Ibiza style. A first of line position location up high above the cliffs and coast line of West Ibiza. Located in a privileged and enblematic area in the countryside of San Antonio. A private and emblematic part of Ibiza island, Cap Negret, just 3 km from the center of Sant Antoni, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the coves of Cala Gracio and Punta Galera.

The Villa was one of the first built Villas in the Cap Negret area near San Antonio on a headland that gives outstanding sea and sunset views. The constant summer sea breezes are all day long - unlike most villas located in hot concrete urban areas that require artificial air conditioning. All bedrooms have large fans and good cross ventilation from outside with mosquito screens on all doors and windows plus nets above beds.
Original 50s Villa built by a French Artist and his Photographer wife which remains the Villas themes today. Only a 5 minute drive from famous Café del Mar and the center of San Antonio BUT far enough out of town at end of a small road with no passing traffic. ...see the last 2 photos for its general location. Local swimming is either - a 5 minute walk to a cliff coast line walk down to a secret location with grotto cave and amazing water OR a 15 minute walk to sandy Calla Gracio Beach .9km away OR Salada Beach a 10 drive away 1.9km away - 1 of Ibiza best beaches. a very cool sunset bar and great restaurant Hostel del Torre which is open all year is only 1000m away.
VILLA de CHILLOUT is a stand alone small Classic Chalet style Villa located in a privileged area that is Relaxing Peaceful and Private with a green setting of native pine trees on 4 sides and lots of blue water. The Roof Top Terrace Lounge has outstanding Panorama Sunset views of the islands off the coast , San Antonio Bay and the Western coastline - heaven at sunset. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons either a family OR 2 or 3 couples - the bedding options are - No.1 bedroom with King bed, No.2 bedroom with Queen bed and No.3 bedroom with 2 x single beds OR it can be made up as a King sized bed for a 3rd couple if required. All high quality mattresses and 100% pure cotton linen for comfortable summer sleeping. Please Note - access to bedrom No.1 is normally through beroom No.2 - this suits 95% of all guests - particularly families with children whom want to be close to Dad and Mum ... BOTH bedroms also have external access via double doors out on to the sunterrace IF access and private is an issuse - like for teenagers or friends. Bedroom No.3 does not have internal access however has is own ensuit and is located on the living level which makes its ideal of teenages grandparents or a 3rd couple !
Main Features are :- a good sized Pool that is private and is naturally shaded by trees for summer. Bedroom No.1 plus a 2nd toilet and hand basin upstairs - and Bedroom No.3 with has its own toilet , hand basin and shower too -the villa has a total of 2 showers and 3 toilets.
A VILLA FOR ALL SEASONS its cozy and warm extra Romantic for the cooler months .The villas has 2 large infrared panels 1 in the living room and 1 in the main bedroom plus a wood heater located in the snug lounge room. A large electric oil heater warms the snug if your too lazy use the fireplace. Plus the main bathroom has a heated floor which is warm and dry this also helps warm the whole villa. The villa is draft proofed for the cooler months. The Chimney, BBQ and the interior Fireplace are all supplied with endless firewood so your extra cozy! There are 4 Sun Terraces and the entry porch which are micro climate suntraps and surprisingly hot even in winter when sunny. See my photo of a wooden top table that faces due south and is sheltered - a perfect place to go for breakfast in the morning like a lizard warming up in the morning sun. When sunny there is always a nice sleepy spot protected from any wind outside the villa.
Walking/ Trekking are also only 3 minutes from the villa - some of the best on Ibiza Island with stunning coastline and water views with little hidden beaches to explore - Punda Galera and Cala Slarda Beaches.
There are 4 sun terraces including the roof terrace which has the panorama Sea and Sunset Views ! A garden Chimney is popular in the Spring and Autumn months for watching the stars at night :)
In Summer the main terrace with the BBQ , Bar and chillout lounge are very popular for relaxing and alfresco dinning for all meals.
The Kitchen/Bar has black granite bench tops, commercial glass door bar refrigerators , dishwasher, RO filtered water system ect (no bottle water to buy ) Also there is a washing machine,security lighting, security system and strong box , Hi Fi sound system with USB port and Optic Fiber High Speed WI FI access, FM Radio with external antenna ect ect
BBQ and bar with another refrigerator , the garden chimney and the internal fireplace create a cozy ambiance for the cooler months and always have lots of firewood supplied all year round.
Every 7 days is a bed linen change and fresh bath towes - so you spend more time having fun and relaxing :) An additional cleaning service is available on request.

Your welcome to drop off your bags while the Villa is being professionally cleaned between 10am and 4pm - there is a great local swim spot a 5min. walk from the Villa and a exterior pool shower afterwards which is nice way to cool off the heat of travelling.

~ VILLA de CHILLOUT ~ history
The Villas original name was Que Bracho Blanco which means the ~ white Villa that grew amongst the Pine trees ~
One of the first Villas built in the early 50s in the Cap Negret area
the original land size was very large containing all the land within the adjoining 4 streets.
The Villa was positioned on the most commanding spot to obtain the best possible views - its original access was from the rear of the Villa via a driveway and then through an old entry arch that still remains at the rear of the Villa today.
In the 50s the first part of the Villa was built - the tower with 1 bed room above The Villa grew and some of the adjoining land was sold off.
The original owners where French an Artist and his Photographer wife whom where semi professional and creative people.
During the 60s and 70s many friends both Iberian and International visited and helped with the Villas expansion in creating its terraces , Mediterranean garden and pool.
Many good times , great memories , parties and Love where enjoyed during the passing years at the Villa ...........................................
The Villa was refurbished in 2014 and 2015 respectful of its previous Style and Ambience and today is enjoyed by many guests. I hope you feel the Love today !

“Peaceful villa with amazing views”
A lovely villa located in a very quiet, peaceful area, there's no through traffic. The villa is quite secluded with nowhere overlooked by neighbours. The terraces have amazing views of Ibiza's sunset and we used the log burner to keep warm on the cooler nights. The 3 bedrooms are large and spacious and the kitchen is equipped with all that is needed. A car is useful for getting about with ease from the villa. There is a lovely bar and restaurant about 100 metres away from the villa. Greg was very easy to contact and very responsive to emails. Thanks for a great stay Gregory!
I hired this venue for a small group to teach yoga yet be close enough to the beaches and taxis for nights out etc. My group loved it. The views and many chillout areas will blow you away. The pool is small but a huge asset to the villa with it's design and vantage point. I adored the design of the place and the buddhas dotted around. The kitchen was easy to use and had everything I required to cater for my group. We shall return next year and Greg was fast at responding to and dealing with any teething problems or niggles. You will love chilling out here as well as the peaceful area of Cap Negret ...
