Description

A stunning villa, perfect for large groups, be it several families or friends. Special features include tennis court, beautiful pool and amazing views over the countryside of Ibiza. The villa has ten bedrooms (4 doubles and 6 twins): eight bedrooms in the main villa sleeping 16, and two separate annexes, both with a bedroom in each. One annex sleeps two people and the other sleeps up to four.

For 16 people, you would have the main villa, for 18 the main villa plus one annex or for 22 people, the main villa and both annexes. The price changes accordingly.

MAIN VILLA:

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are decorated to the highest standard. On the ground floor you will find two twin bedrooms and a double. You will also find a guest bathroom; this has been accommodated specifically for wheelchair use.

Also on this ground level is a large kitchen, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hobs and more. Nearby is the lounge/dining room, complete with flat screen TV, stereo, WiFi and comfortable sofas. This room has patio doors that open up onto the pool and surrounding area. Air conditioning is throughout the entire villa.

On the upper level there are five bedrooms; three twins and two doubles, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and stunning views of the countryside.

ANNEX ONE

Next to the villa, there is a newly built annex, with double bed, bathroom, air conditioning and large living space with sofa.

ANNEX TWO

The final bedroom is in the second annexe. There is a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a living area complete with double sofa bed, where another two guests could sleep.

OUTSIDE

The outside of the villa is particularly impressive, surrounded by well maintained gardens and spectacular views. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wide paved sun deck, complete with sun loungers and chill out beds. The BBQ area can be found by the pool and has a kitchenette nearby. With the outdoor dining table undercover, this is a great place to hang out with families or friends. The swimming pool has an impressive waterfall and Jacuzzi for you to relax in and take in the views of Ibiza Town and the surrounding countryside. There is also a tennis court on the property you are welcome to use.

Had the best week in this villa. Perfect location 10 mins max from airport. Only two negatives WiFi is weak & double sofa bed in annex which is next to the tennis court doesn’t fit two adult… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
