Panoramic apartment in the center of San Pasquale, fraction of S. Teresa di Gallura with fabulous sea view on the La Maddalena archipelago and Corsica in a newly built residence. The apartment is located on the -1 floor and has a gross area of ​​about 50 square meters, is suitable for up to 4 people and has an outdoor parking space in the condominium parking. It is composed of entrance-living room, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, washing machine and a panoramic sea view terrace with table for outdoor dining. The position is optimal as in a few minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches and locations in the north-east of Sardinia. Distance from Olbia 45 km (embark for Livorno, Civitavecchia and Costa Smeralda airport), from Palau 10 km (boarding for La Maddalena), from S. Teresa di Gallura 15 km (boarding for Corsica).
